Great stay
Fabulous place for families really enjoyed my visit so great to see so many happy families having fun ! The staff are very appreciative of childrens feelings and I especially thought the menus in the restaurants were good gave kids the chance to be a little bit more adventurous with food
My one problem was the extra charges at The Glen Ok for the more adult activities but the bouncing ballon things and play castle I think should be included in price of hotel ok charge non residents
A family of 2 it’s £30 a day quite an extra expense
Despite this would definitely recommend a stay here and I hope we will be back

YOU WON’T WANT TO LEAVE 😄
From arriving to sadly HAVING to leave nothing is too much trouble for this amazing team at Crieff Hydro.
We had booked a three day long weekend break and filled it with activities everyday.
We checked in and headed straight for ‘The Bunker’ (pre booked) great value for money. Private room with lots of fun for kids of all ages.. (my wife was first on the karaoke) while the boys and I set up pool table and VR shooting. You can have food and drinks served in the room which saves you having to leave the Bunker.
Swimming, dinner and then live entertainment in the bar area made for a great day.
2nd day was ours to take ourselves off around beautiful Scotland- amazing scenery.
Back for afternoon swim, jacuzzi and steam before dinner and more live entertainment.
If you are looking to do axe throwing, archery or air rifles then take advantage of their full day pass - really worth every penny and so much to do that’s included in the pass.
Swim, dinner repeat..
Last day was easy day, morning swim and jacuzzi, all packed up and final event before leaving was the EZ RAIDERS.. so much fun
Overall an amazing time and we are definitely going back.

Crieff hydro hotel review
Not impressed this time around was our 3rd visit other 2 were great ! Felt disappointed I Called room service many times since we arrived until late into the night not one answer we got i wanted room service for food for one of my children as they have special needs as would have been struggle to have them in restaurant environment Same happened when we paid £60 for hire of the bunker staff told us who to call for service again tried whole time we had in bunker we hired no answer no service whole time we were there. Called maintenance about plug stuck in sink no answer so we couldn’t use room sink. I know it was a busy time but any time we called for any service or help we didn’t even receive an answer from other end of phone even for reception up and down to bunker for drinks felt like waste of time of hire. Hotel is well kept and clean and so much to do for kids food was lovely and staff were pleasant but I feel very let down by service we received we spent and paid our money just like everyone else did who stayed there and made to feel like we were not good enough to receive any of your service the other hotel guests had gotten especially the part to even have a call answered not even from reception but when I went down stairs staff were there again I get it’s a busy weekend but to receive not one bit of service was very poor so we left feeling little deflated this morning and with not having best experience this time around.
