Just want to tell you that I love your games but if I have to watch the bitepal commercial every ten seconds I will have to cancel all your games because just cannot stand to watch that commercial anymore. It’s driving me crazy.

I love the game, but I genuinely do not like the fact that there is a ad after every little thing that I do such as getting a star from one of the crime scenes or just making progress on one of the crime scene scenes and then I also don’t like the fact that we have to use a star for almost every little thing because I feel like personally if I already had to use a star to talk to a certain suspect, I should be able to talk to that suspect without using a star every other time after that, and then another thing that can kind of irritate me is the weight when it comes to getting something examined but other than that, the game is really good and I like the fact that they give us the opportunity to watch a ad if we want more coins or if we need more energy still a really great game though

Playing for years
I wish this game had more updates and being able to have different log in options rather than just Facebook. I say this because I don’t use my Facebook that much anymore. Plus there was a time where I was having a hard time connecting/saving my progress to Facebook… it would be nice to connect and save my progress with my apple id /game center instead of just Facebook so I don’t have to start all over. These Criminal Case games use to be fun in all but there needs to be updates.

Is this app ever going to be available again? I could still play it but I’d rather wait until I’m able to connect to Facebook again.
Spoilt
A good game which has been spoiled and is now basically unplayable due to the constant amount of “connect to Facebook” pop ups that occur every 5-10 seconds (not an exaggeration, I counted), you can’t even connect to Facebook due to an error either! Don’t bother to download this game, I can see from previous reviews that the Facebook has been going on for years now so doubt it’ll ever be fixed. (They’ve also put an ad for their newest game in all Criminal Cases even though I paid for no ads but since they haven’t fixed the issues in this game, don’t think I’ll bother with that or any future games this company makes)

Nostalgic
I found my old iPad that I had when I was a kid a few days ago and found the dedicated Criminal Case folder. I recently downloaded the game again on my phone and have been hit with a wave of nostalgia as I got to enjoy the game I used to play 6 years ago. Quite a few more ads than I remember but it’s tolerable. Would definitely recommend to a friend (10/10 game)

Exceptional and flawless
Been playing for a year, the game is exceptionally good. The main team is all very likeable. (Especially Hannah my beloved). I don’t know how they can make so many character sprites in such a short time, but all I can say is I loved it and if you’re thinking of getting the game you should get it.
i love it but it can get a little tedious
i’ve loved this game forever it’s absolutely great but when u run out of energy and have to spam ads for a bit if you wanna keep playing or you just wait for autopsies your entire life, still reccomend it tho you’ll learn to live w it :3
No longer connects to Facebook
It is not the first time this has happened to a Criminal Case app. Earlier today, the app was connected to Facebook but after 6pm my daily reward spin went from x5 to x1 even though I spin it every single day. I signed into Facebook in the app but then it stated the game no longer supports Facebook. It is 2025, not 2015. Meta is willing to work with game app developers to ensure a problem-free experience. I deleted the app and will wait for an app update to fix this.
