Different, but not as good as the others.
I don’t like the new time limit we have. These games are usually relaxing, but this one is not. This game sends us into panic mode.
Also, my game ended up glitching. One of the pets (the green lizard)that we’re not supposed to get until after we finished the first case in the age of sail, the game glitched and gave me that pet when I was still in the renaissance era.

As for Rocket Money keeps crashing crashing the game. Quite annoying and I keep losing out on the app. Please remove this advertising.
Hate the changes
I have played all the previous Criminal Case games for years. Absolutely love them. This one……nope. Will probably delete it and find a different hidden object game to keep me sharp. I just don’t get the rewarding feeling that I got from the other format.
Spoiled!!
Bring back the old format! I’ve enjoyed these games back to old Grimsborough but you’ve spoiled it by putting in time limits on all the tasks and taking away the use of any partners. There used to be at least a bit of forethought about which partner to use as you were completing a task. Now it’s just boring and ploughing through just to get to the end. I hope the next episode is back in the old format.

Hate the new format
Loved the initial games in series. I play for storyline as well as find objects. Ten stars? 2 stars for each activity on tablet? Need to buy, buy, buy. Deleted after a couple of levels
Disappearing stickers
The game is fun however my photo album is a mess,sometimes when I win a sticker piece it just disappears and then reappears which I am tired of,I just a stable album.

Love playing criminal case but you have to get to many stars prefer original games

I perfer the other games. This is just more annoying.
To Many Changes and not for the good to the Criminal Case Games
I have been playing the Criminal Case games since Pacific Bay and the 1st game came out this version has to many changes that are not positive changes. You will spend more time watching Ads than playing the game, it’s annoying. Needing two stars for every clue and 10 stars instead of 5 and all cases now timed instead of just having the one, I personally don’t care for the changes to this version.

Game developers are sleazy
I used to love this game until I noticed that when you X out of the commercials, it takes me completely out of the game and ever so rudely opens up my safari browser and takes me to the web page of the online store that showcased the ad. It’s bad enough I cooperated with the them by watching the mandatory part of the commercial. They should know that all they are doing is making me swear off the product they think they have a chance of selling me. Greedy AF!

Different but still the best
It took me finishing the game to realize the changes are improvements and made the game more challenging and fun. You still can get bonuses by watching ads like more time on a level. I still couldn’t connect to facebook but that is okay. It didn’t interfere with the gameplay for me. Still think this series is the best hidden object game there is!

Like many others reviewers, I have played all of the other Criminal case games and enjoyed them to the extent that I paid money to have ads removed and more. I haven’t done that with any other game. I’m afraid I won’t part with a penny for this one. What was an enjoyable, relaxing game has turned into a stressful experience where we play against the clock. I can only assume they did this to make more money - I hope it backfires on them. Bring back the previous format please.

App Error
I absolutely love this game and all the other sister games. Super fun, and originally this one was much harder and caused me issues, but I have thus figured out how to do a better job and I get excited to have a pretty difficult game included in my Criminal Case gameplay. If I could I'd give it 5 stars. For whatever reason, my game unlinked itself from my Facebook, which is frustrating because I had solved quite a few cases and quite frankly I refuse to start over. I keep trying to reconnect and it gives me an error message and says the app is not active. I cannot play the game until my progress is restored and this error has popped up for over a month. I tried to reach out through their help option and it gave me an automated response that sent me to the faqs and said that I would receive no more assistance in the matter. I am deeply disappointed that this feature is still messed up on both this game and the City Of Romance game, and that when trying to remedy this their "help" goes to nobody and nowhere. Get this fixed! And while you're fixing this issue, maybe employ an actual person to actually help those who go to the help option.

Don’t fix what’s not broken!
I have played every earlier game in this series and loved it. Absolutely hating this new one. I can’t see a way to get a high score in any scene. The boosts are worthless. I don’t think I can continue with the series. Why did you break it????
So bad
The new version is dreadful. Why or why did you change a formula that worked so well.? Think I am going to have to delete it as it’s dull, boring and not a patch on the original game.
