About

Stay connected when mobile networks or internet access are unavailable. Crisis Connect includes a nearby offline mode that uses Bluetooth to exchange messages and SOS information with nearby devices. It does not require mobile data, Wi-Fi, a SIM card, or a named account. Performance and range vary with hardware, obstacles, radio conditions, permissions, and nearby participants. Optional connected features include account-based internet messaging, notifications, multi-device use, and supported organization services. Internet messages and attachments are end-to-end encrypted, while service infrastructure may relay or temporarily store encrypted content for delivery. Calls may use relay infrastructure. You control whether features may access location, emergency or medical details, photos, audio, files, and contacts. Delete an account and associated cloud data from Profile > Delete account and data, or visit https://crisisconnect.network/delete-account. Read the full privacy policy at https://crisisconnect.network/privacy. Crisis Connect does not guarantee delivery, coverage, or emergency response and is not a replacement for official emergency services.
