No, seriously, obsessed is an understatement! This app has been an absolute game changer for my pet care business. The features are well thought out, and the fact that clients can also access the app is huge. It covers important factors from health conditions for pets to house basics (like WiFi and door codes) for caregivers. Plus, the support I received when I contacted the developers was top tier. I will forever be a ride or die for Critter!

So far i am very excited for the software
I just started using Critter within the past week. I have had time to set everything up and invite my clients to join. I have used other software prior and I so far really enjoy critter. I especially really like the opportunity for so much detail in the client and pet’s profiles! What I really like so far is communication from the company. I’ve had a few questions on features or how to do something, I’ve received answers back quicker than expected. And a few features I’m interested in, are not currently included, but have been told they’re in this year’s line up for adding to the software. Communication and continuing expand, are great positives in my book! I am very excited to introduce the software to my clients and show them they can also use the platform for their care outside of booking with my company!

Critter is a great app to keep track of all your pets information, activities, elimination average, foods, vaccines, etc.
Super easy to schedule clients, create invoices, update the pet parents while they’re away.
Also, if you run into any issues, be it software or user, the app developers are fantastic at helping and quick to fix little issues.
Very happy to have moved my booking system over to Critter.

Amazing app for all pet owners!
Super helpful app to help me share care with my whole family, dog walker, etc. Love that I can track medicines and other things that I often forget if I did or not. No more texting and asking my partner if they walked the dog earlier or gave him his pill. Especially love that I can add photos - makes it really fun and like a nice little record keeper for my pup! 🙂 Also like that it accommodates all types of pets. Pretty well designed and modern feeling too, when there’s a lot of crappy looking apps out there.

Must have app for pet owners
I’ve been using this app to share pet care within my household and it’s been amazing. I can easily communicate everything that’s been done with my spouse and other caretakers so nothing slips through the crack. Tracking activities has been quick and easy, and provides a great historical record I refer to almost every day so I remember when I did something or if something still needs to get done.
