Best Software I’ve Used So Far
I’ve used my fair share of softwares, but GrooMore is by far my favorite! It’s very user friendly, easy to navigate, and extremely open to personalization. I booth rent and 3/4 of us use GrooMore for our booking and we all have it set up differently to our liking, but we all love it the same. Customer support was extremely helpful in getting started and setup in the beginning and have been extremely responsive, regardless of the time, whenever I’ve had questions. I’ve been using it for 6 months now and I don’t think I’ll ever use a different software again!

Great except I can't see any of our groomers
What the title means is, on our shop laptop I can see all our groomers, clients for everyone for the day and details. It's really smooth on the laptop. On my iPhone, I can only see my schedule, therefore if I'm not at the shop, I can't do ANY scheduling and I was doing it alot before this app. Some thing take learning but the adding of clients is perfect. We've only had the app a short time, and as I said it's good on the computer, we just need to determine why it isn't working on my phone and where to input rabies certificate expirations.
I would give it 5 stars if everyone in our shop could use it correctly.

Needs work
It has potential. But I takes weeks to get a response most of the time from tech support, and there’s no feature for grooming not taking history, and even if you have SMS and email settings off, it still bombs your clients with texts and emails. You also can’t decide what emails or texts they get for online booking or booking yourself. They get all or none, and I get clients complaining constantly.

Love the App - Hate the Service
Once they couldn’t resolve an issue they go dark / silent rather than admitting there
Is an issue! I am leaving due to unresponsive help!! Beware - you stump them, they will ignore you rather then help!! I also went to the FB page to ask others if they are seeing the issue and screeners wouldn’t even let the question post!! People, it is okay to say we don’t know but we will keep working on it!! Silence is NOT the way you treat paying customers!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!
It does everything that you could possibly wanted to do and more. I pay $39 a month and they send reminders texts, you can book online and configure that to your liking, they provide you with the webpage, I can’t say enough good stuff about it. DOWNLOAD IT!!!!!!!!
