The App barely works
I love Crocs, however the App is not helpful. I have done the updates and refreshed the App. I can see the number display of how many items are supposed to be in my cart but it says cart is empty. I have also tried tapping on other items and then i get an Oops message. Please help.
App crashes constantly
Everytime I try to order the app crashes.
Worthless
I tried to buy crocs online. When the web version refused to allow me to place my order and gave no error besides one telling me to contact support I did. They told me to install the app, now I am unable to add anything to my cart there. RUINED my experience with Crocs. I have been troubleshooting for an hour.

Glitchy
Constantly glitchy. Signs me out and doesn’t connect my purchase to my email. When I try to open the app and check out even when signed out it shows there are items in my cart, but that my cart is empty. Doesn’t make any sense. Have tried closing and updating. This has been going on for months.

The app glitches nonstop. I can’t add items, I can’t remove them, and sold out items seem to send the whole thing into a spiral. What should be a 2 min purchase turns into force closing the app and restarting my phone.
