Glitchy and annoying
Your pop ups for your sales are annoying every 5 minutes it pops up I get it there’s a sale and also app is super glitchy when toggling between categories and the cart and also adding promo codes makes the cart disappear so you have to redo the add to cart, giving 3/10 not great at all.
Crashing
Every time I get on the app it’s not working even after the update

i love crocs so much and all i want to do is scroll on the app & daydream about the shoes i want to get but it wont let me register or really do anything jt just keeps crashing please fix
Deleting this app
This app is so irritating, I deleted and downloaded so many times and it never works. I’ll try to add item to my cart and either it won’t add it at all and if it does, when I go in my card it says my carts empty. I’m permanently deleting the crocs app.
The App barely works
I love Crocs, however the App is not helpful. I have done the updates and refreshed the App. I can see the number display of how many items are supposed to be in my cart but it says cart is empty. I have also tried tapping on other items and then i get an Oops message. Please help.

Worthless
I tried to buy crocs online. When the web version refused to allow me to place my order and gave no error besides one telling me to contact support I did. They told me to install the app, now I am unable to add anything to my cart there. RUINED my experience with Crocs. I have been troubleshooting for an hour.

Glitchy
Constantly glitchy. Signs me out and doesn’t connect my purchase to my email. When I try to open the app and check out even when signed out it shows there are items in my cart, but that my cart is empty. Doesn’t make any sense. Have tried closing and updating. This has been going on for months.

One of the worst apps
For such a huge company you’d think they’d have the best apps. Every time I open the app and start shopping I always encounter a hiccup. Finally after shopping for quite a while I go to my cart and the cart says “empty”. I know that’s definitely not the case. This happens almost every time I use the app. To the point that I end up just going to the site on my browser. Or sometimes I go to a specific item on the app and it says “oops item not found”. This happens everytime. Along with the fact that everytime there’s an actual sale and the item I want to buy is sold out and then their app issues this is why I rarely buy from you guys.

Cart not saved
I added 5 things to my cart. None of them were saved. I also tried to register for an account but it wouldn’t accept my name or email address. These are basic things that a shopping app should be able to do right
Fix the bugs on the app
It’s always crashing it says there something wrong ever time I have to uninstall it and install it again ever time I want to use the app to order or even look up certain items
I guess they don’t want our money
No way to pay, app and website doesn’t let me complete
Hard to Navigate
I have been trying to place an order for over an hour. Every time I get to the proceed with payment page it tells me an item in my cart has the wrong price. It is 30% off site wide but the app will not process the items at the price- very frustrating. Also waited for Live chat for over 15 min and no one ever came on. Do better Crocs Canada
