Horrible Service
Ordered a pair of crocs and returned them 3 weeks ago. I understand not processing my return until it’s received but THREE weeks is quite enough time. Now I have to track down the package even though I have a receipt of dropping it off at Kohls. I’ll probably never order from crocs again.

The “select a size” pop up is not only a huge box, but it stays up and gets in the way of the description, reviews, etc. It needs to be removed once the size is selected.

App is not working properly
The app is not working correctly at all. I was able to complete an order but when I went to shop for more items, I would get error messages. I added some of the charms to the cart and when I went to view the cart, it would say that the cart is empty. However, it shows that there is one item in the cart. If I try to a product, I get an error saying “oops there’s something wrong”. I am unable to use the app to shop for anything at the moment.

App Glitching
The app keeps emptying out my cart every 5-10 mins. This is so annoying. I have to start all over adding my stuff back to the cart. Please fix or I’m deleting the app and will purchase my items in store.

App glitches quite a lot. Says my cart is empty when it’s not and freezes. I have been trying to stay with it but it gets truly frustrating
App sucks
You can load up your cart and then suddenly it’s “empty” yet there’s still a bubble on the cart icon saying how many items were in the cart but it remains empty.
The worst customer service
I’ve never wrote a review but I think crocs deserves one for their poor customer service. For context I have bought crocs about 26 days ago and I’ve been trying to return them for 2 weeks. They say you need an order number but when you use the RIGHT order number it comes up as not found even though I can see the order through the account. The live chat is useless aswell as it only sends out automated responses so it won’t help you and the number they gave you to ring if they’re are any problems come up as “you can’t ring because you have no credit” I have unlimited calls so I should have enough but it’s Becuase they have given a fake number. Maybe if returning crocs was as easy as buying them then global warming might get better.

Junk app
I love crocs but this app is junk. Anytime I save something for later or remove something from my cart or even change a size it glitches and I have to delete it and redownload it for every single change I make. It’s a nightmare…they charge enough for their shoes, they could invest in the app
