Needs improvement
I love crocs and I have just placed an order on the website but the app itself is being really glitchy, not sure if that’s just my phone. It’s making it unusable.
Never works
I fill up my cart and when I go to check out, it says cart is empty. Annoying.

Buggy
App is super buggy, half of the product listings take you to an “oops something went wrong” page, can’t add things to the cart, etc.

Terrible app… never loads my info and so frustrating to use
Not working
This app is incredibly frustrating. It constantly crashes, and every time I get to checkout, it clears my cart. my coupon code disappears at the final step, and half the time I can't even see the items I'm trying to buy.
No customer support
There is no support if you have a problem. FAIL

Don’t bother with the app, it is constantly crashing. Use the website instead until the app improves.
Buggy always needs reinstalling
PoS app. Can’t get to the cart nor can I click on products. Have to keep reinstalling it
Disappointed
This app has not worked correctly since it was updated. I can’t review my orders,it’s hard to place an order and you can’t update an order without getting an error message. This is crazy. It needs to be fixed. I have church down my phone and reloaded the app multiple times.

This app sucks so much!! Everytime I am trying to buy or check out it freezes and refreshes and I lose everything in my cart. There is no indication that something is out of stock either. It’s the worst thing ever!!
App needs work
The app needs to be fixed! Whenever I add an item to the cart and click on “view cart” the app crashes and gets stuck on “Oops Something’s Wrong” or “no items in cart” when there is. No matter how many times I close the app and open it again the same thing pops up. I can’t even browse for different items without that error popping up. It’s really annoying and I just end up not buying anything!

The app keeps glitching I’ve added ten items to purchase in my shopping cart I’m logged into my account I try to check out I get a message stating ur cart is empty. This happened last month this is reoccurring. What’s going on CROCS? I love Crocs let’s get this fixed soon thanks.

Barely works
App is extremely glitchy and does not work. Says “oops something went wrong” when you tap on any product, even after clearing the app and trying multiple times. It never saves my cart, the number will show how many items I have, but I can’t actually see the product.
Glitching app
App has been glitching for months. Removing items out of my cart as I’m shopping, cart is saying “empty” even though # of items are showing and can’t login to personal account PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Bad customer service
Worst on exchanges and bad customer service. Asking for a human agent on the live chat and they leave me waiting for more than 20 minutes and no answer to my questions. I don’t know why my order has been two weeks on “preparing”… NO details at all. I bought it on 7th June and still waiting on the exchange since July 13. It was a present for my son. so disappointing
