The worst customer service
I’ve never wrote a review but I think crocs deserves one for their poor customer service. For context I have bought crocs about 26 days ago and I’ve been trying to return them for 2 weeks. They say you need an order number but when you use the RIGHT order number it comes up as not found even though I can see the order through the account. The live chat is useless aswell as it only sends out automated responses so it won’t help you and the number they gave you to ring if they’re are any problems come up as “you can’t ring because you have no credit” I have unlimited calls so I should have enough but it’s Becuase they have given a fake number. Maybe if returning crocs was as easy as buying them then global warming might get better.

Ads not working
I keep getting solicited for 2 for 50 crocs and would love it however, I choose 2 and it doesn’t work after selecting 2 they are listed for the ad price.

APP SUCKS
The croc app sucks, I like how you guys put “we update the crocs app as often as possible to make it faster and more reliable for you” when all the app does is give you problems!! When you type in a code for a discount it says it’s not correct even though it is and surely isn’t expired. Anytime you add anything to your cart it goes blank and says “oops try again” and then won’t let you do anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, it’s honestly annoying. You guys need to fix this, seems like multiple people have this same problem.. 🙄🙄🙄 if I could rate zero stars I would.

Very glitchy app
I literally just downloaded the app. I kept getting error messages when trying to register, so I did it through a browser. I then tried logging in on the app and still received Artie messages. My cart icon shows the number of items I added but when I click on it, it says cart empty. Since pages won't load at all.

tried using app during a flash sale 2 for $50 and it wouldn't take the sale code plus i am a healthcare worker and it said i get a deal but wont take that code either. difficulty buying shoes. guess they wont get my $$

I’ve been getting on the app everyday for a week and just thought it was a small glitch. Turns out a lot of people of having the same issues! I just wanted to place an order but I can’t even do that!!!! “Ooops something went wrong…” is what I get when I try to look at an item, cart won’t open, when cart opens I’m not able to select items. What is going on with this app??? I’ve ordered here before and had a great experience, so what’s going on?

Page crashes frequently especially order history and shopping cart page
Have experienced frequent page crash for shopping cart page and history page. You have to logout and re-login to see the data. This definitely need a fix.
Glitchy and annoying
Your pop ups for your sales are annoying every 5 minutes it pops up I get it there’s a sale and also app is super glitchy when toggling between categories and the cart and also adding promo codes makes the cart disappear so you have to redo the add to cart, giving 3/10 not great at all.
Cart gets emptied constantly!
Cart gets emptied constantly. Can’t toggle to another app and back in over just 3 or 4 minutes without having to start shopping ALL OVER AGAIN!!! Unbelievably frustrating!!!

Deleting this app
This app is so irritating, I deleted and downloaded so many times and it never works. I’ll try to add item to my cart and either it won’t add it at all and if it does, when I go in my card it says my carts empty. I’m permanently deleting the crocs app.
The App barely works
I love Crocs, however the App is not helpful. I have done the updates and refreshed the App. I can see the number display of how many items are supposed to be in my cart but it says cart is empty. I have also tried tapping on other items and then i get an Oops message. Please help.
