Not worth Pro Currently
Currently can’t even upload any clip you only get error messages making this app and even the browser site useless.

I bought the pro version and it said receipt failed even tho I got charged for it

Scam. You pay for a subscription and you still can’t use the features. But they charge you perfectly fine.
Trouble with Pro
While I like this app well enough, I tried upgrading to pro and none of the benefits were accessible on the app. I thought maybe the subscription just didn’t go through but sure enough I was still charged the $5, working on getting it fixed but I would hope if I pay for a subscription I would have access to the benefits right away.

Url link doesn't work
One reason I wanted to use this app is that I wouldn’t need to download my videos, and I could simply use a URL to submit them. However, the URL doesn’t seem to work no matter how I type it in.

Presets for video and camera view please!!!
Having to set the camera view, every single time gets annoying. Other competitors have it already preset to where once you said it once you never have to do it again. Aligning camera to my liking each time is beyond annoying.
App constantly freezes
App constantly freezes on iOS and there’s is no way to get in contact with anyone about this along with paying to use the app being the only way to use its features paying 6 bucks a month is pretty good constant freezing feels like I’m getting robbed very unsatisfying

By far worst editor for clips
Tell me how I use twitch clips and it works fine but if I screen record videos or anything else does work terrible investment unless you use twitch clips or what not
App closes when retrieving clip via link
First time having trouble with the app. When pasting a Twitch link into the URL box the app will close / crash immediately.

It was working great up until 2 days ago
I use this app to make YouTube shorts for my channel but for some reason 2 days ago it will not import my YouTube clips into shorts it gives me an error every time I try. Super frustrating especially since I paid for the yearly subscription fee to use this app ☹️
Doesn’t work
It shows a completely different area than where I put my camera and content
Unable to export/ compile
Spent 15 minutes creating a clip and the app won’t compile saying “The url field is required”.
Just needs templates
Need to be able to save templates to create clips faster. Having to manually adjust the box on my face camera is extremely tedious for no reason. Easily a five star app when that’s fixed
Non-functional
I don’t care to leave a lengthy review. But just know I have NEVER gone out of my way to review any app. This app frustrated me and did so many things wrong and did a magnificent job of wasting my time that I decided to come back here and leave a one star review.
Gets the job done could be better.
I genuinely love that I can get my clips. However my twitch is linked and none of my clips pop up.
Also I have to resize everything I wish there was a save template function for faster content production.
Also I have the pro version my clips don’t look any better than the free version and when I add an extra layer (locked and unlocked tried them both) it doesn’t save my third layer so I can have my name on the bottom of my clip.
Hope these issues get fixed for just a bit more ease/customization.
