not only is the app trash, but cross river itself is a scam. have an issue? dont worry, you'll get a solid "we're sorry this happened to you and value your feedback. we strive to be a great company, please contact us here ________ and/or someone will reach out to you" only to never hear from them again. their customer service department is a sham. this bank will absolutely steal your money and leave you in the cold. ive reported them already to the fbi cyber crimes division, the fdic, the cfpb, local law enforcement and the sba. the reviews speak for themself. anywhere that their company can be reviewed thats not influenced by them directly, their reviews are absolute trash. avoid this bank or anyone that affiliates with it.
