tHING different. I have now lost three and a half months of sub scription as well as all the work I have completed...some 80 so far. I am incredibly disappointed and angry that the owners seem to be impossible to contact. Not everyone does the stupidity called Facebook. At this point, no update has happened, my work and money are lost, the app developers are non responsive. There should be negative stars at this point.

From 10/10 to 3/10
I originally had my mom download this app on my phone back when CS came out and I saw it advertised on another app. But I noticed it had an update, so I deleted and redownloaded the app on my own account. AND THATS MY PROBLEM. I hate the current version of CS. The only good thing that came out of updating CS is that when I miss click, it doesn’t incorrectly color (and I don’t have to erase it). I can’t color without being moved, and I hate that I can’t zoom out without the image appearing over my progress (I miss the button that made the image pop up in the corner). Also, I can’t tell if it’s image quality that went down or if it’s a font change? Something is visually tripping me up while coloring. I miss the old version of CS that I was playing. I own almost 80 packs and was dreading having to redo over 600 images (bc I deleted and redownloaded the app). But now I don’t have to dread as I probably won’t have to do that unless there is an update to fix the issues I mentioned above.

Horrible update
I am no longer a fan of this ap. I had to uninstall and reinstall the ap so it would work. I lost ALL of my works and coins. The screen is too touchy. When filling in colors the screen suddenly moves. Touch the screen an it enlarges. There needs to be a lock button to prevent it from moving. I like to use my own photos, but when I select it to be large and use 20 colors, it automatically uses all of the colors.

why is everything ai?
used to have this app and loved it, only deleted it because i was having storage issues. redownloaded and went to buy a pack, why is almost everything ai slop? highly disappointed. went to look at recent reviews and saw apparently the quality has tanked recently. not even going to try and use, especially after seeing a review claiming malware came from an ad on here.

The quality has gone so down in the last year. It doesn’t make you fix your mistakes anymore and there’s an ad every few minutes.
There animals listed under the wrong labels and most of the pictures look like AI slop.

I loved this app, but there’s a massive glitch
I’m a big fan of the app, used it for a long time. But I’ve had a frustrating issue for several years now, and I’ve tried to report it multiple times in the app, and I’ve gotten no responses, and no updates have fixed the issue. Hopefully leaving a review on here works better.
I pay for the subscription, and I often upload my own images to cross stitch in the largest size. I enjoy the process of a big cross stitch of an image I like. I used to have no issues with it, but since several years ago, there’s been a very annoying glitch. If I leave a stitch and return later, randomly, it will automatically fill in a bunch of squares in the cross stitch. There’s no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it’s a random speckle of correct colors filled in, sometimes it’s massive, thick lines of one color (usually white?) spanning the whole image (creating thousands of mistakes I have to unpick), or sometimes it just fills in the entire image instantly. All three of these are very, very frustrating to me. Occasionally, if I leave quickly before it saves, and enter it again, the problem will be gone. Usually, however, the problem either persists or worsens, adding even more filled-in squares. The only workaround I’ve found is to completely renew the image, restart all my progress, and just complete the entire thing in one sitting. This is not reasonable, as the stitches are huge and often take me several hours to finish, which is why I separate it out across multiple days.
I just want to complete the images myself. Sometimes it lets me do it without issue, but I shouldn’t have to struggle this much just to complete my own images. I really hope the developers see this and help me out by removing this huge glitch.

New version SUCKS
The old version was WAY better. I paid for ad free and used it everyday, but the new version isn’t the same. They changed how the images look and how you can color.
You can’t make any mistakes, it basically just lets you drag your finger across all the boxes and colors the ones it wants.
It’s completely unenjoyable now, this was my favorite app.
I ended up deleting the app entirely because the new version SUCKS.
Change it back!

Used to be a great Cross Stitch app.
For whatever reason they’ve taken the little viewfinder away in the corner so I can no longer see my progress as I go unless I actually zoom out. (Just give me a button to turn it on and off) not to mention there’s literally only 8 free ones so once those are done, it’s basically impossible to be able to get more without actually spending money. The “free” gifts of coins you get as a reward while working requires you to watch a whole 30 second- 1 minute video ad in order to accept it. For 50 coins. This app has become a predatory, money-grubbing nightmare. Do better developers.

It is very good but I wish the gifts didn’t require ads to claim and there are more simpler pictures but other than that this app is fun and addictive!! 🧶🪡

Moves to easy
I love the pictures that is offer but the problem is when trying to color the picture moves to much. It needs to stay still and move only when used two fingers.

Frequent crashes and losing all progress in recent months is very frustrating. I’m done with this app until the crashing is fixed.

I’ve had this game for years and I find myself taking lots of breaks! My hand falls asleep a lot because I have to use two fingers to move the picture around. I wish we could use the stencil or a finger to move the art around and not have to use two fingers. Or have arrows we can choose to push one of those and it moves it to where we want it. Also when we come down to the last few to color, we could earn hints, so we know which way to go to find it. Like you’re getting cold or you’re getting hot. Also when we finish a picture there should be a finish folder that stores them all. That way we aren’t opening themthinking they are not done and now they are on top + finished. By not having a done file they are having us dbl guess and opening ones that are finished a messes it all up. Which by separating the two groups allows better flow. My main issue is having to use two fingers to move art around. I have to ve set my pencil down, and I have to move a pictue and they are not taking up the room of the photos in still working on.

Fix this thing!
I’ve been using this app for some years, on my iPad mini. I considered it a 4-1/2 to 5.0 star app. Now it’s breaking down. I assume it needs upgrading to continue to work on the current iOS systems (18.something or 26.4). First the app became clunky, then it began freezing, and not saving my ‘coloring.’ Now it’s basically dead in the water. WILL YOU PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!

Lose progress
When I exit the app some of the progress that I made on the picture goes away. For example I could be on N and it will take me back to L. There’s also been a few times where I was only a couple letters in and when I open the app back up all the progress is lost.
Crashes
This app is now constantly crashing. I keep losing my work. I also can’t start a new picture because the game crashes before it brings up a new picture. Very disappointed!
Weird update
Now that it’s one finger to drag, I am having a terrible time completing letter areas smoothly! It drags with a finger, a stylus, or an Apple Pencil when you’re meant to be coloring an area you started. TERRIBLE UPDATE! Needs to go back to 2~finger drag.
Not cool
I love this app, i even spend money on it. so why is the picture messed up when i start a new canvas? it literally shows the previous work i did over the new work im doing. HELLO i’m spending money, Fix that
Canvas moves to easy
I just downloaded this game again. When trying to color a row, the canvas moves way to easy. It takes longer to try to finis one row.
