Game not bringing up patterns
I love this game but when I click on “Patterns” at the bottom it brings up categories of the pictures but the actual “Patterns” do not come up.

Hard to use
Couldn’t get a grid set on app to create an image.
MONTHS of work lost
I uploaded a picture and set it up so that it ended up being a 321x500 design. That’s 160,500 cross stitches. I knew it would take months or possibly years to complete. I was about 80,000 stitches in when the app stopped working. I contacted support and no one answered. Eventually the app started working again but the progress I’d logged was completely gone and the only pattern wasn’t even the same. I’m so devastated.

Bevor man überhaupt starten kann, kommt gleich das Abo, dass man abschließen muss. Ich weis noch nicht mal, ob die App mir überhaupt gefällt. Und selbst wenn ich 3 Tage erstmal kostenlos bekomme… ich will doch die App erstmal ansehen können.

I just downloaded this game, I liked it but I wish there was more free ones to do!, most of them, from what I see, are premium!, this is why I give this zero stars ⭐️!, if possible, could you make more of them available to do without having to pay? Thank you 😊

コピーすると図案がずれる
図案より記号が小さく表示されて、図案とずれてしまっていて見づらいです。黒の部分なんか図案の記号が見えないです。修正してもらえたら星5です。
Not user friendly
The app does not allow me to change my canvas size. The only control I have even with a subscription is to change the color. It defeats the purpose of paying for it if I can’t modify a pattern to fit my needs.

Does not work!!!
Worked all of 2 minutes!!! Played with one design and would not let me change any thing but pixels. Deleted photo and now won’t let me upload a new one. Keep taking me to the sign up for subscription that requires payment. Deleted app already. Very frustrating!!!!!!

What’s the point of saying it’s “free”
It’s a paid app and it’s super frustrating to download only to realize I can’t even do anything for free. Should be upfront before you download

You need to have your email address physically listed on your contact page and here in your listing. I want to give you money but I need to know which package to select. I can’t do that if I can’t contact you. I use an iPad and have a gmail address, if I use apple email app, the process is buggy and the mail app doesn’t work. So an address means I can ask you the following:
