Do not waste your money!
I bought the ad-free version of this app, and things were going great for a while. However, that’s not the case anymore. It usually works for small patterns, but my it does not work AT ALL for my larger pattern (150x150). The app crashes every single time I try to use the feature that marks finished stitches. It’s actually unusable for this pattern that took so long for me to make!

More colours please
I really love this app, and it’s been amazing for making my own patterns. But I feel super limited with the colour options, more colours would be awesome, or even just adding a colour wheel so people can pick their own.

Upgraded to pro pretty quickly. Love the mark stitches option and different stitches for colors that are close and hard to tell.
Kids love it for needlecraft patterns too. The idea they just can to pixel art and then sew it makes them excited 👍

Enfin une appli où je peux créer mes patrons de points de croix. J’ai déjà fait quelques tests et franchement c’est nickel. Avec toute les couleur DMC c’est parfait. Je l’utilise sur mon téléphone mais bientôt sur tablette. J’ai trop trop hâte.
DO NOT UPGRADE TO PRO
I upgraded to the pro version and it got rid of a lot of the features I liked about the app!!! I mean who makes you pay and takes things away?!? I cannot change my canvas size to 18 or type anymore! Just crazy!
Ótimo app
Gostei demais do app! So podia ter um jeito de salvar em tamanhos maiores para imprimir. Escolher imprimir em paisagem, ou em múltiplas páginas… ajudaria muito!
Can’t really write a review?
I chose the demo version before committing to this app as there are several to choose from. I couldn’t draw any design without upgrading to a pro so I have ditched the app. Also 4+ years with only one review seemed a little too suspicious to purchase. Gave three stars as I’m not sure what the app is like in the pro version and giving few stars didn’t seem entirely fair.

Best app
I have tried several apps for designing my own patterns and this is the best one in my opinion, I upgraded to PRO in no time. It would be great if it would be possible to share the patterns between iPhone and IPad, so far I just managed to save as a photo or PDF, but a shared library would be great, just to work on a same project from both devices. maybe in a next upgrade?? Thanks for this great app!

Пол года назад скачала приложение. Было несколько обновлений и ничего не изменилось. Про версия типо есть по факту нет. Где, как приобрести не понятно эту проверсию. Приложение пустое

Настолько пустое, что даже посмотреть, сколько стоит полная версия, невозможно. Ничего нельзя нарисовать и тем более скачать
Randomly stopped working
I downloaded the app with the free version to explore making my own patterns. I ended up upgrading to the pro version because i genuinely enjoyed using the app. Recently, the app crashes and closes on its own or it opens and then freezes. I hate giving this app 1 star because I did enjoy using it, but this random crash and freeze makes the app completely unusable now.

Pro isn’t worth it
I liked this app it was easy to draw a simple pattern with DMC colors though it’s missing all colors below 150 and it has no metallic, or other speciality colors. I even bought the “pro” version to be able to export it as a pdf but it doesn’t export a key/legend to tell you the DMC colors. It doesn’t export as a symbol chart either so you can’t use it easily with any mark up apps. Lot of potential but when there is no way to contact the developer since their help section on here takes you to a website that brings you back here.

Backstitch abilities lacking
Works great for making patterns with stitches only, however unable to layer backstitch on top of coloured stitches and even then backstitch shapes are limited to corner to corner of a single cell only
The app isn’t working properly anymore for some reason
So the primary reason I use this app is to upload my own photos to make into patterns and stitch them, both in the app and in real life. It used to let me do it with ease, but for some ungodly reason, one day, without even updating the app or anything, the toolbars at both the top and bottom of the screen like…shifted partway out of reach and now I can barely use the bottom one and can’t use the top one at all, which is the most important one for me personally because that’s the toolbar with the option to upload your own images. I’ve tried powering my phone on and off, even deleting the app and redownloading it, but the result is the same. I paid for the pro version as well so this is extra disappointing. I tried contacting the developer on LinkedIn because that’s their only social it seems, so I had to make my own account but someway or another I messed it up and now it’s restricting my account until I send a photo of my government ID, which I am not doing. If anybody can hear my plea, then please GOD. This app was what worked best for me. I was really satisfied with it. Surely there’s a way to fix this??

I don’t understand what’s the point of this app since it doesn’t even have dmc floss colours O_O so currently you can create the design from just some colours, which doesn’t have anything in common with real life floss)))
I don’t recommend paying to get the pro version
So, I got this app solely to upload video game sprites into it to make patterns with, and it works fine for that (wish there was a way to get rid of those red lines though) though if you don’t pay it doesn’t let you make more than one pattern at a time, save them directly to your camera roll and you get ads. I did pay to get the ‘pro version’ and I kinda wish I didn’t because it really wasn’t worth it. If you’re doing exactly what I’m doing, uploading pictures to make into patterns, then just screenshot them and turn your phone on airplane mode when you use it so you don’t get ads. Once you screenshotted your pattern, simply delete the photo you uploaded in that pattern to upload a new one. It’s honestly better that way anyhow, because every time you make a new pattern it gives you a few screens of tutorials on how to use it EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And you have to scroll all the way down to hit ‘next’ on every one of them to make them go away. Every time. When you just delete the photo and upload a new one it doesn’t do that because it’s still the same pattern.

Great for custom cross stitch patterns
This app has been really great so far for creating my own cross stitch patterns. The only things missing is a better colour wheel and the ability to export a cross stitch file from this app on my phone to the app on my ipad. My ipad is better for drawing designs but I’d love to export the file onto my phone for travelling. Absolutely worth purchasing!
