As others have stated, the app crashes immediately upon launch after Wi-Fi connection is made.
Every time I connect to the camera the app crashes
Had this camera for a really long time. It never used to do this.

Crashes after being opened
Have the CT9100 action cam. Wanted to use to the app to get the footage off of it. Connected to the WiFi signal from the cam and then opened the app. Instant crash. Every. Single. Time. Nothing helped. Please fix :(

Works flawlessly best app for it however doesn’t work for my CT9000 and I use iSmart DV
Simply does not connect
WiFi connects to camera but app doesn’t acknowledge it so I can’t pass my videos to my iPhone. Unfortunately I’ll need to use a PC after my trip is over.

Keeps telling me that my CT9000 is an unsupported brand. Works with my laptop but not with my iPad or iPhone. Waste of time.

Had this app for a while now , used to work fine and was able to access everything . Recently downloaded again and now it crashes when you have set up the camera . I really hope you sort it soon

Simply does not work
Not working. Crashes on my iPhone 13 Pro. Not been updated for a year and needed fixing even then. Shame as camera is good value.

This app crashes on both my iphone 13 and my ipad pro. It used to work, now it doesn’t and the developer doesn’t seem to care or support the app anymore. Garbage.
I’m angry
The camera overall is really good as you can change the settings of the quality and other. But the app really kicked me in the shin. You set it up and connect to the Wi-Fi but then it won’t let you back onto the app🤬. But once it finally lets you on it crashes lags and more. The camera is really good tho just not the app :)
