Glitch
I have loved this app for years but the last month or so this game glitches a minute or two into using it. Sometimes the app won’t even close to restart it

This used to be my favorite app, but like the reviewer mentioned above, the game crashes and locks up my phone so often I simply can’t use it anymore.
Keeps crashing
I’ve been playing this for years and really liked it but for the last couple of months it constantly crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that didn’t help. Please fix.
Buggy
This game is soo buggy i can’t even play properly. When the game freezes, i retart my phone but when i open the game again it also resets my registered account…like wipe out all my progress like twice now. This is frustrating. Some of the daily trivia games also reset completely after restarting my phone and i lose all my progress.

Won the weekly tournament and got 25 coins. WTH - one used to get 300
Fix the puzzle PackIt has been months that my completed puzzle pack will not clear nor can I buy another pack.
Why did the coins for winning the tournament drop drastically? I won 97 coins for first place and last week 65 for first place and 61 points
This app expects you to screen shot every move you make in order to prove you completed an offer or have an in game issue What's the incentive to complete mini and midi games once you've completed 50? None - they don't add any points to the tournament. How about adding more goals to reach with them.
Additionally, having a player earn over 800 points in a tournament in about an hour is ridiculous! I get that you're in the business to make money but let's keep the tournament fair. It's impossible to finish a game in 1 second without buying every single word. Take their money but these players should be banned from the tournament.
Suggestion: put a minimum time into the game for finishing one. It's physically impossible to answer the clues for an entire game without cheating aka buying every clue, in one second. Put at least 2 minutes as the minimum time. Sick of losing against cheaters who complete their puzzles in zero seconds!!

App keeps locking up
I’ve played this for years but the newest iOS version freezes up and won’t allow play to continue. I may have to find a new crossword app & delete this one

I played this game for years, but recently it kept locking up my iPhone 17 and freezing the screen. I was unable to use my phone for 4-5 minutes. I deleted and reloaded the app 3 times, but it still happens.
What is happening
Will you just fix this game so it stops crashing. Why don’t you pay attention to what your customers are saying. Pathetic

For the last month the app keeps freezing all the time and I have to restart the whole app. So annoying! Otherwise great game!

I’ve played this game for years. For some reason here lately it keeps crashing and just stalls in the middle of playing? Please fix it!! Once fixed it’s definitely worth 5 stars!
Crashes & Bots
I used to love this app, but over the last several months it freezes my entire phone multiple times per game, sometimes every few seconds. I also recently discovered that Zynga uses bots during the weekly tournament to drive app usage. Deleting this app after over 10 years of playing
Crashes my phone
Crashed my phone twice in three minutes. Just downloaded it today. So can’t tell much else about it
Crashes and all the freebies I’ve earned have gone away.
I’m deleting this app. Not worth it. I used to play every morning no problems. Now it crashes multiple times. And today, all of the freebies like “reveal word” have disappeared. I’m going to find something else that works.
