to often I have watch several ads and still don’t get the reward. After years ready to delete game.

Just installed this app and when I open it, it just sits there and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
Blackout took my coins
Last week (March 15-22, 2026) I was unable to log onto this app for a week +/-. I tried everything. It was not, repeat not, our internet connection. I did the “retry” option over and over with no result. I do these crosswords every day. I finally re-installed the app out of desperation. Still no luck. When the app finally opened I had not only lost my time records for each puzzle, but also my streak of days played, and worst of all THE EXTRA COINS I RECENTLY BOUGHT. If you are going to shut down the site or have excess traffic on the site you need to post an announcement. Now I am out of pocket and have to start over after several years of daily play. I am NOT amused.

Plus puzzle award
I am really enjoying this app it is the best crossword app out there. However, I was really bummed tonight whenever I reached my 200 plus puzzle goal to receive a 50 coin reward and the “button “ would not work. I got out and back in that area and tried it again and it was gone, but yet it shows me as achieving that goal in my list below the award area 🥲
