Just installed this app and when I open it, it just sits there and does nothing. What am I doing wrong?
Blackout took my coins
Last week (March 15-22, 2026) I was unable to log onto this app for a week +/-. I tried everything. It was not, repeat not, our internet connection. I did the “retry” option over and over with no result. I do these crosswords every day. I finally re-installed the app out of desperation. Still no luck. When the app finally opened I had not only lost my time records for each puzzle, but also my streak of days played, and worst of all THE EXTRA COINS I RECENTLY BOUGHT. If you are going to shut down the site or have excess traffic on the site you need to post an announcement. Now I am out of pocket and have to start over after several years of daily play. I am NOT amused.

Plus puzzle award
I am really enjoying this app it is the best crossword app out there. However, I was really bummed tonight whenever I reached my 200 plus puzzle goal to receive a 50 coin reward and the “button “ would not work. I got out and back in that area and tried it again and it was gone, but yet it shows me as achieving that goal in my list below the award area 🥲

Terrible and not user friendly
The puzzles are good but the app stinks!!! I contacted the developer since the app on my iPhone and iPad don’t read each other so my level of game on my phone are at higher game level than my iPad. Even thought I have same login, data and games don’t match on3another. Pain so I hardly play anymore. They never properly answered my question on how I can get my devices show the same games.

09/18/25 puzzle has error. Tony Curtis and Igor don’t match up. The Y and I don’t work.
App updated yesterday and now won’t download. Again, going to lose my daily progress. Quit updating if it’s just going to screw up the app. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Finally able to log on, after three days. But due to NO fault of my own, I’ve lost my daily streak AND they want me to use 10 coins to play puzzles I couldn’t work because of their update 🤬🤬🤬

Broken ads use up my battery on my iPad.
Please stop playing ads that you can close or videos go too long. The ads are suppose to be able to close, I only see some ads that you can do that. I really playing this crossword a lot but if these ads that you can’t close keep pop I might not want to play anymore. Listen to the people that play these crossword and fix it.

Bonus puzzles wont play
I like this app and play it daily, but I have several bonus puzzles saved up from when we earned points, that won’t play. I can open the puzzle, but I can only type in one letter. What’s up with that. Been going on since your format change.

Pretty Easy Puzzles
Most of the clues are stupidly easy. Many of the themes are modern pop culture. Not very challenging.
App is broken does not open
This was a great app. Now it will not open. Time to delete it and install one from someone else.
