I love the crosswords. Stop complaining about the ads Just put your device into Airplane mode when you are playing this app. They pay for ads no one ever watches. Super easy and still can play these great crosswords 😀
Bad ads, denying earned coins
Some of the ads are way over three minutes long and some are scam ads with AI generated famous people giving medical advice only to sell bogus products. Some of these that include Dr. Oz and Reba McEntire. I’ve reported this several times, but the ads still appear. And there are some ads that are impossible to exit and get back to the game. The only way to overcome it is to just close the game, which then denies you the hints that you are supposed to get for watching the ads. Also, they are not responsive to not awarding coins when you win the games. I’ve been playing this game every day for over five years, and I don’t want to go to another game, but if they keep this up, that’s what I’m going to do. I came in first place several days ago and was due to earn 35 coins. I’ve written to them at least five or six times sending them screenshots showing that I won and showing that my coins were not added.. The only response I get is saying they’ll get back to me after they look into it. They only allow you to share one screenshot at a time so I can’t how the win and the coin count side-by-side. To say I’m disappointed to have to give up a big part of my daily routine is an understatement. But if they don’t address some of these issues, that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

Why do you have to add so many layers of unnecessary…? Why can’t you have a simple straightforward game without adding paths, leagues, spins, plant points, boosters, conundrums, etc?!?
