Good game but totally ruined by the frequent ads.
Ads are horrible
The game is quite good but the interruptions by ads are so annoying that I'm deleting the app. Minutes go by with ads popping up then back to the game and within a second or so another ad comes up. Very frustrating.
Word search
Why the 7 day wait for the next available Word Search? I have been doing these puzzles and extra games for years and have never seen a 7 DAY wait before the Word Search is available to play. Might be a good reason to clean up my iPad and get an upgrade done 🤔
Ad spamming
This was truly my favorite crossword app, until today I can’t even do a puzzle because every ten seconds a video ad pops up. TEN SECONDS! I’m beyond upset.
Bad ads, denying earned coins
Some of the hours are way over three minutes long and some are scam ads with AI generated famous people endorsing medical advice. I’ve reported this several times, but the ad still appear. Also, they are not responsive to not awarding coins when you win the games. I’ve been playing this game every day for several years, and I don’t want to go to another game, but if they keep this up, that’s what I’m going to do.

ad gimmick
I use this app daily but I am going to delete it since the ads are becoming a problem. While I understand there must be ads the issue is that when I press on the X to leave the ad many times the X is either so small or the X is set up to MAKE it open a page in my browser. I am sure companies are getting a kick back when this happens. This is not acceptable. We should not be subjected to this constantly.

Ads take too long
Too many ads and can take longer than solving the crossword. Even once timer has run down, there is additional waiting! Furthermore, one of the ads appears to be spam - selling weight loss patches using Boots logo, but not the Boots website

Big square adds during game play
In the past few days, you’ve let adds cover the entire puzzle which is absurd and a horrible experience. I’ve been playing this game daily for years but I’m seriously considering deleting it. Get it together. Horrible app experience.
No longer relaxing
I used to enjoy this app, but there are more and more pop ups for their special events in the middle of play, very annoying. Also, every time you start one of the daily crossword puzzles a message pops up stating that only a certain percentage of players have solved the puzzle fast enough to earn 3 stars. Big deal, why can’t we play just to unwind?

Frustrated
I love playing this game but there are just too many ads. When I choose not interested on an advertisement for a game it just keeps popping up.
40 Coins for Web Indexing!?
Popup literally asks you to enable web indexing for 40 coins “to use your free resources and IP address to download public web data”.
This and all the ads made it an easy uninstall for me.

Ridiculous ads
Clicked an ad to claim reward and it said my device is hacked from porn sites and need to install software blah blah blah. SMH. Do better with your ads.
Keep it simple
There are so many games to play on this app it freezes. The ads are AI. Sorry but Oprah is not pushing baking soda and apple cider vinegar for weight loss. Fix the freezes!
Lame
Format is fine but the puzzles themselves are terrible. Clues are way too easy and also uninteresting. You’re better off with your local newspaper

Useless to play due to ad’s
Get rid of your bloody ad’s. Can’t even play one game without having to close and reopen the dam app to get back to the crossword puzzle. Greedy morons!
Too many ads and can’t play unless you pay
Ads were way to excessive and there is no way to play and not have to pay to keep playing because they limit game play unless you had coins to play but barely handed out coins
