App is not registering my moves
The app has suddenly stopped registering my moves. I have ten games going and they’ve all frozen.

I like playing the game but there are too many hoops to jump through. Constantly barraged by people I don’t know challenging me. I only want to play with people I know. I feel it is rigged to get you to upgrade or buy more coins and other things. Like there is an algorithm to block you from getting letters you need when you exchange letters even when the odds are in your favor. I could trade 5 letters including 3 E’s and get 2 E’s back when there were only 2 E’s left in the tile bag. That’s like picking up 2 of the same 2 tiles you just layer down. No one would do that in an actual board game. There are a lot more non-random occurrences but it would take too long to write them here. I’ve been playing this game for over a decade and all I can say is that the game is designed to keep you playing and it works!

Unplayable
Haven’t played this game in over 10 years, but decided to give it another try. It’s unplayable with the insane amount of ads. Every other click sends you to temu, or god knows what else. Don’t waste your time.
I love & hate this app
There’s so many glitches that I feel needs to be addressed and worked out with this app. I just loss a match that I declined! How is that a thing? Please publish some rules of the game somewhere please. Now I just play the computer. Otherwise, I get majorly frustrated with the cheats. Also When you’re not logged in people can challenge you and win. You can lose and never have logged in.
