Way too many ads
I used to play this game years ago and now I remember why I stopped. The number of ads is beyond ridiculous. I think I’ll quit it again.

Ads are out of control
I’ve been playing this game for 10 years, but lately the ads are just crazy. Yes, I know the game is free and ads allow for that, but the ads are predatory, for credit apps (Experian! Credit Karma!) that give you the option to skip but then direct you to their website, and keeping you there. Or they are for gambling sites that go on and on and on - almost impossible to watch and then hold you there. There has to be a fix to this - it’s making the whole experience terrible!

It’s a really fun game but the ads take away from the game play and are very frequent.
Stop hamstringing
Ok, I’ve been playing this game forever. I love word games. But I would’ve quit this one if my mother didn’t guilt me into playing with her. It’s a fun game, but there’s very obvious hamstringing that goes on. I’ve played A LOT of Scrabble and WWF, and what I’m seeing lately only happens in WWF. They FREQUENTLY don’t let me have vowels. Like a lot. It’s annoying, I know it’s not random because it happens too often, and I’m about to quit this game mothers guilt be darned.

This app use to have the option of playing add free. Now it wants you to pay for add free on a subscription. That is horrible.

You have ruined the game
I used to love this game but adverts after every time you play ruins the momentum and destroys the enjoyment
They gave me the option, not to want to see certain programs when I opt to see
Because I dare say I don’t wanna see one or two of them and they tell me I won’t see them they keep posting them Is this some kind of a joke are they just being plain nasty? Or is meta AL being the joke that he is? Just remember a person programmed out first.
Ruined by ads
I used to like this game a lot but the sheer amount of ads ruins the experience. You get a full video that can’t be skipped between every single turn. You spend more time waiting than actually playing the game
😡 They STOLE In-Game Assests
Played for years. Earned tons of badges, tiles, and stickers. Now Zynga has suddenly made a bunch of my hard earned stickers disappear. 😭
I’ve opened various support tickets and no one resolves anything. 😤 Now they’re ignoring my cries for help. If you look online, lots of people talk about having their stickers stolen like this. If Zynga steals these, they’re stealing even more no doubt. Very upset!!! 🤬

I have been playing Word with friends for now seven years and it relaxes me. I enjoy playing I want to say thank you to the word of friends. Thank you for fixing the problem with the stickers. You guys are awesome.

Society should truly boycott all apps and in app purchases for this exact reason! I used to play games free…then I spent $1 or $2 to get rid of ads…then $5 and $8…
NOW, I need to put it in the monthly budget to stop ads??? Every turn I take on every game I play, there’s an ad??? WWF is only for people that can afford it and every other app is jumping on board…we are literally paying to not be tortured! It’s not fun and not worth it! If everyone stopped paying, these companies would be forced to stop stealing from people…it’s a disgrace.
And just so you know developer, I’m not playing your game. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Annoying ads
I love the game but the annoying ads after every move is just a bit much.
The Worst App I use
This is by leaps and bounds the worst app regularly use. I use it only because my sister and I enjoy playing and I don’t have an alternative. It is full of annoying adds, super glitchy and takes forever to load. A horrible gimmicky app, created in the true spirit of American capitalism- let’s squeeze as much money out of the user for as little value as possible!
