Poor Support
Error in game isn’t allowing me to finish the current Event. Got no support response from in game help. Tried support through App Store and got very generic email response telling me to update the app (already is) and asking what game I was playing.

Gambling ads everywhere
I have been playing Puzzle Page for years and genuinely love the games. Unfortunately, over the last few months, the app has become saturated with gambling advertising.
Gambling banners appear at the bottom of pages, there are full-screen skippable gambling ads, and there are also full-screen gambling ads that cannot be skipped. This is particularly concerning for an app rated 4+ and presented as family-friendly.
I have contacted the developer directly and also contacted Apple Support, hoping this was an oversight that could be corrected. Despite that, the gambling advertising continues.
After years of enjoying this app, I am now deleting it for myself and my children because I no longer feel that a 4+ rating reflects the experience being presented to users.
Gambling is an addictive and age-restricted activity. I find it deeply inappropriate for a supposedly family-friendly app to be repeatedly exposing children to gambling advertising, and I cannot support a company that chooses to continue doing so after the issue has been brought to its attention.

I used to love this app
It has some great puzzles. I love the simplicity of the layout and the variety in games. But requiring 10-20 tokens per game when 10 is all I get when I open it daily is insane. I live paycheck to paycheck still behind by a month on everything. I can’t pay for a subscription and every game these days has one to make it functional. I can’t even watch an ad to play the puzzles. There’s literally no way to play without paying and it sucks big time. Find your humanity man give us SOME way to play. We’re being punished for what this economy has done to us.

DO NOTE DOWNLOAD! BAD APP
They begged people to leave reviews. If you app good and actually works you don’t have to beg for reviews!!!! After 9 Months this problem is not fixed!!! There is no 0 stare so it gets 1. The app does not work. Freezes and crashes. For 9 months now you can’t open the app without the boot log coming on and freezing the game. Have not been able to play since December. The developers don’t care and say they fix when they fix it and they have no idea when they fix it. They blow you off and couldn’t care less when you reach out to support to get help. I am sure they won’t even comment on this because they don’t have an update and never will. Don’t download and don’t get subscriptions unless you want to be treated horribly.
