Broken Adverts - Can’t proceed
STILL UNPLAYABLE. PLEASE FIX. Every day it appears usually as the “watch an advert” game. I don’t mind watching adverts, but when you cannot end even after 60 or 90 seconds. The Ladbrokes advert cannot be exited. You have to leave the game and restart. It forces you. It has ruined a once excellent app. Please fix.

I have played and enjoyed this puzzle page for a long time, if you want to play free every day you HAVE to watch ads to get coins. Which i haven’t minded until recently. The Ladbrokes ad doesn’t give the reward and freezes the game. Wouldn’t be all that bad but every time you click to watch ad it’s the Ladbrokes ad… 3 or 4 times in a row.. seriously thinking about deleting it now and there’s no way to report an issue. Such a shame because I’ve enjoyed it for over a year.

Ladbrokes advert
Ladbrokes advert is spoiling this app. Can’t get out of it & so can’t get tokens. Problem started beginning of July 2026. Hope it will be solved soon or I’m deleting the app as it’s useless now
Needs bug fix
Can’t get rid of Ladbrokes advert whatever I do. Wife has same problem.
Ladbrokes ad won’t close
Love puzzle pages. One star review at present because I’m currently getting a persistent Ladbrokes “slot selector” advert that cannot be dismissed and with no mechanism to feed back about ad issues. Once I can play Picture Cross again I’ll be happy! 🙂

There are ads
Says that there are not ads however even though at first when you start playing the game there’s no ads after playing it for a bit there’s ads after every puzzle extremely disappointing
Used to love it!
I used to love this app for the puzzles obviously. Now the ads have taken over, first they showed up at the bottom of the page which was ok. Now they’ve become completely invasive where the app store download page pops up every time the add changes at the bottom disrupting game play causing unintended clicks on stuff I’m not interested in. I’ve amassed a ton of the in-game coins and tokens over the many years I’ve been playing and stand to loose those which is probably the only reason I haven’t deleted this app and looked for another one. However, I’m seriously considering deleting the app if this add invasion doesn’t stop immediately.

I love this app, have played for many years but I have been struggling for the past 3 weeks with the Ladbroke’s advert. It doesn’t finish, you can’t click on the cross to close, I can’t get enough tokens so I can’t play more than 2 games each day and if it’s a sponsored game I’m stuck right from the beginning. Help!!

Ladbroke’s ad
I’ve recently had the Ladbroke’s Slot Selector ad interrupt my game play. Sadly, there seems to be no way to proceed with the game once the ad finishes. As a result I can’t get additional tokens (I’m not paying for them!) so the game is now useless.

Ads everywhere
Been playing this for years, great game to waste time on. Now when I’m playing ads pop up every 4-5 seconds during game play!! Ads AFTER the game never bothered me.. but these are DURING and it’s constant! Won’t be playing again because of that!
Great app but not when adverts won’t go
Enjoy the puzzles if I can get to them. Most adverts are ok but ladbrokes you can’t get off so give up on the puzzle and temu are horrendous to get past.
Ladbrokes Ad cannot be closed
The Ladbrokes advert has blocked the closure “x” so it is impossible to close it regardless of how long you watch it for. Blocked the entire game selected from being played. This is not a glitch but a deliberate design by the advertiser to force you to sign up. This has been reported by multiple users so your support team is clearly not addressing this issue.
