Ladbrokes Ad cannot be closed
The Ladbrokes advert has blocked the closure “x” so it is impossible to close it regardless of how long you watch it for. Blocked the entire game selected from being played. This is not a glitch but a deliberate design by the advertiser to force you to sign up. This has been reported by multiple users so your support team is clearly not addressing this issue.
UPDATE 11 Aug 26 - the Ladbrokes ad continues to block the game selected from being played as it cannot be closed. As it takes a while to resolve, to option to not view and use tokens to play should be provided. Currently you cannot get past the ad.
Response from the developer support team 16 Jul 26:
"Thank you for taking the time to report this ad using the form found through in-game support. We review all reports of issues with ads, but unfortunately removing a faulty ad is not an instant process and the ad can continue to appear while we work to block it."

Problem
What’s happened to puzzle page? I’ve really enjoyed playing for months but now I get a list of actions, a contact support message and can’t get beyond that.
WHY
Why the heck do you keep issuing notices about new issues when there aren’t any? Announcing issues 18 when they’ve been here a long time. It is totally irritating! I love the page, and appreciate the new ones every day, but stop teasing about new issues when there aren’t any! PLEASE.
Was good but not anymore
I used to enjoy it every day. Good variety of games despite the ads but lately, it won’t even load. Stuck on some privacy agreement and you cannot move on from that.Shame
Stealing your data to sell - UPDATE
You have to go through all the vendor preferences and turn them off. There is no reject all option so you have to do it manually yourself. Ensure you turn off the legitimate interest as this is the same as consent I’ve reported this to the information commissioners office who regulate GDPR
If you turn off all consent and legitimate interest the next time you open the game it has deleted your preferences and you have to remove them all again
I don’t know how much they receive for your data but I assume it will be less than the subscription I will be cancelling if they clear my preferences again

It was kind of fun for just a few days. Now it wants me to subscribe in order to get coins to play. Uninstalling.

I’ve paid for this for about 5 years and it costs £30 odd quid.

This USED to be a great page
I have been playing Puzzle Page for years. It started out great – no ads and an opportunity to win. Lots of endgame rewards. A year or so ago the ad started… In between every single game. Then, after building up a ton of in-game rewards, they took my rewards away. No warning… Just took hours of double bonus opportunities away… Gone. I will continue to play. I do not do so as frequently and I’m frustrated at their treatment of loyal players.

Why despite reports
I have repeatedly reported that Ladbroke advertisements for slot selector mini games is not working will not close therefore you have to come out of the app without any reward meaning you can not fill your green coins

Every time I load these games and there’s a Ladbooks advert , you can’t close it. It freezes and stops play Very annoying

I have had and really enjoyed puzzle page but I have gone to you support help on the game and reported two or three times about the Ladbrokes ad and no way of claiming your reward.
Went to update the as it is still not working to see someone has already complained.
Seems time to leave this game, you're the only game that has ever not cleared problems with 24hrs!
Another game has twice about two yrs apart had a problem and repair happened in a couple of hours. Shame you are not so efficient.

Ladbrokes ad won’t close
Like so many other people, I’ve found a problem with this ad as it just won’t close. So I can’t get tokens or play sponsored games and have to close the app completely as it is basically frozen. This also seems to be the only ad coming up so it’s a loop for me.
Considering deleting the whole thing if this can’t be resolved. Shame as I do like this app, despite having to watch ads to get tokens to play.

Unplayable
Good selection of games but Ladbrokes ad doesn’t allow exit and doesn’t give credit so it’s completely unplayable
Events still ending 1 day early
You told me you fixed this is 7.7.1. Im now at 7.7.2 and the same problem occurs. Yesterday the event told me I had 1 day, 16 hours to complete. Today, it tells me I have 0:00 to complete and I can’t complete it. Exasperating!
Buggy App 😔
This app could be the absolute best if it wasn’t so buggy 😞. The array of puzzles and quantity of puzzles are amazing. However, the app is so buggy and I am being told that there is no known resolution to the issues I am having—the issues may or may not be resolved and the developers have no idea 🤯. I am a paid subscriber but they cannot issue a refund. Apparently only Apple can issue a refund.
Currently, when I solve puzzles, the app does not remember that I solved the puzzle and when I return back in, I have to solve the same puzzles again. It is so incredibly frustrating.

Too many ads
This app started out great. Over time, more and more ads started appearing. Now, they pop up every 30 seconds (literally). No longer fun.
Saved prizes randomly deleted
I have been playing for a long time and had a lot of saved prizes. They were just randomly deleted, without warning or the opportunity to use them.

So greedy
I love this app but there is a consistent issue with the Ladbrokes advertisement which I have reported and I was told it’s been fixed but it hadn’t which I also reported see other people have this issue and it still not resolved which makes me think it is done on purpose to make more money for the app. What a shame as this will eventually make me remove the app all together.

Puzzle page
I have played this since just after it started and thoroughly enjoyed it but since the last update when I am lucky I get all the details of the programme coming up before I can get into the puzzles. Because of this I deleted it but missed it so put it back on again and now it just freezes and I can’t play it at all. I’m really disappointed with this now.
