They begged people to leave reviews. If you app good and actually works you don’t have to beg for reviews!!!! After 9 Months this problem is not fixed!!! There is no 0 stare so it gets 1. The app does not work. Freezes and crashes. For 9 months now you can’t open the app without the boot log coming on and freezing the game. Have not been able to play since December. The developers don’t care and say they fix when they fix it and they have no idea when they fix it. They blow you off and couldn’t care less when you reach out to support to get help. I am sure they won’t even comment on this because they don’t have an update and never will. Don’t download and don’t get subscriptions unless you want to be treated horribly.

Needs dark mode
Love the games, the subscription is worth it. Needs a dark mode though. I play at night before bed and the bright white light keeps my spouse from falling asleep. Dark mode would help keep her from being bothered by my winding down and be easier on my eyes.
Cheated out of rewards
This game worked well the first day, but each day since, upon completing a puzzle, instead of giving the rewards, it goes to an advert. On return to the game, my rewards have not been updated. So to continue playing, I have to watch an increasing number of ads.
Game reset?
What gives? Every time I open to play I get a cloud saves error message. I just lost 4 months worth of completed puzzles. This morning I logged in and for the first time it said there was a glitch and said it needed to reload and ask if I wanted to save my progress. Of course I wanted to save what I already had completed, but when the game finally opened, it had reset back to April 2026. I lost 4 months of work! This sucks!

Too expensive - greedy token system
Good app generally, but even if you pay for the subscription you can only play a limited amount of puzzles before having to buy tokens or wait a day.
Finally destroyed by gambling ads
I have used this app as my wind down before bed app for literal years. I fully understand having the banner ad in it; the amount of content you can access without paying is really good and I always appreciated that. And then the last update ruined everything by adding in a mandatory ad after every puzzle, and I instantly got a sports gambling one.

Ads
Don’t download this game until they sort out their ads. The ads freeze and you have to keep closing the page down and trying again. It’s a lottery right now as to which ad you get, 2 or 3 freeze and it spoils the games
Subscription
Why am I not allowed permission to access this game when I am paying for a subscription? If I am not able to access I want a refund!
Puzzle Page
I have been enjoying this app since it firstly came out. And still loving it even more. I enjoy the American questions, gives me more of a challenge. Keep up the good work.

Newspaper Puzzles
This is a great app if you like the old fashioned newspaper puzzles. The puzzles are as challenging. It’s easy to earn “money” that you spend on the puzzle for assistants like revealing a letter or checking for errors. So there isn’t too much risk if you choose to spend it. But don’t take my word for it. Check this out and give your brain a nice workout. Also good for a slow dopamine release-helps with addiction.

Losing my rewards everytime I open the app

I downloaded this game because it promised no ads and no pay to play.
It appears to only have 9 plays for free but I’m not entirely sure as before I finished the nine an ad popped up.

Mind Soothing & Time With My Mom!!
My Mom use to do crosswords and other word puzzles every day, all thru out the day while drinking her coffee. She passed away in 2007 and 2 days later I had the urge to start drinking coffee and doing puzzles also. So when I came across Puzzle Page with different types of puzzles I had to start playing it, and every time I would be working one of the puzzles I would feel her presence with me. After a a while of this I knew I had to subscribe so that anytime I was missing my Mom and best friend 🥰 I would be able to go work a puzzle and she would be with me. Thanks Puzzle Page for giving me some time with my Mom!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Problem with update
I’ve been playing this game for years and am a subscriber. I opened up the game tonight after up dating and all my point, credits, and games are gone. Unable to access extra games and past months.

I turned my phone off then on and my game was restored.
