Even more ads added between levels
I really enjoy this game. I like that every level is solvable but some are really tricky. I don’t mind the optional ads for higher points or more lives and I often watch them. But now they’ve started ads between levels that are not optional and they frequently crash the game. Makes me just quit playing.

No Response From Customer Support
I’m giving this app one star because customer support has been essentially nonexistent. I have repeatedly tried contacting Rollic through the in-game chat, email, and their website, but have received no meaningful response.
If a company provides a customer-support chat and other contact methods, customers should reasonably expect those channels to be monitored and answered—especially when reporting a problem with the game.
Updates continue to be released, yet communication with customers who are asking for help appears to be ignored. That is extremely disappointing.

I didn't want to write a negative review as i throughly enjoy this game and have been playing for a while now, i've never experienced so many ads in my life from this game, its quite annoying. I used to play this game daily purely because of the fact that there were no ads but its putting me off big time, its just like the other games that have annoying ads constantly every two seconds!
