No Response on Chat or Email
I reported that I have been unable to progress past Level 2807 and contacted support through both the in-game chat and email. I also explained that I had spent money trying to complete the level.
Crowd Express states that all levels are supposed to be solvable, but there appears to be a bug with this level. I have not received any explanation, meaningful assistance, or solution despite giving support ample time to respond.
I enjoyed the game before this happened, but the lack of customer support has been very disappointing. At this point, I am considering moving on from the game.

Fantastic Game… Until Level 2807
I really enjoyed this game until I reached a level that appears impossible to complete. I reported the issue through in-game support, but haven’t received a response. On my level, the green bus is about to explode, even though there are no green passengers left and no empty bays. I’ve tried every move and used power-ups, but there’s no way to continue. I hope the developers can investigate and fix this. If it’s resolved, I’ll be happy to update my review.
