Schade, dass das nur in Englisch ist. Ich bin leider nur Hauptschüler und mein Englisch langt nicht, dass ich immer alles sofort übersetzen kann. Das stößt sehr negativ auf. Die Einstellung müsste auf Deutsch umgestellt werden können.

Used to love Crowd Express, I’m up to level 1350. Such a fun game. Pretty much unplayable now. I could live with a 30sec ad after completion of each level, but they changed to make it an ad after each attempt as well. Too many ads now. Bye. Time to find something else to play. Shame they got greedy.

I am very disappointed with your decision to change the countdown from 100 to 1. This puzzle was updated without giving us clear information about what was changed or why.
If you are going to make updates, they should be explained clearly and designed with the players’ benefit in mind. We deserve to know what is being changed and how the update is supposed to improve our experience. 🙃😡

Even more ads added between levels
I really enjoy this game. I like that every level is solvable but some are really tricky. I don’t mind the optional ads for higher points or more lives and I often watch them. But now they’ve started ads between levels that are not optional and they frequently crash the game. Makes me just quit playing.

I’m giving this app one star because customer support has been essentially nonexistent. I have repeatedly tried contacting Rollic through the in-game chat, email, and their website, but have received no meaningful response.
If a company provides a customer-support chat and other contact methods, customers should reasonably expect those channels to be monitored and answered—especially when reporting a problem with the game.
Updates continue to be released, yet communication with customers who are asking for help appears to be ignored. That is extremely disappointing.

I didn't want to write a negative review as i throughly enjoy this game and have been playing for a while now, i've never experienced so many ads in my life from this game, its quite annoying. I used to play this game daily purely because of the fact that there were no ads but its putting me off big time, its just like the other games that have annoying ads constantly every two seconds!
