I specifically use the word “criminal”
as I have and may still possibly be the victim of stalking. It’s very real
and very frightening. I wouldn’t be able to empathize with another if it wouldn’t have happened to me years ago. I always heard the stories of staking and used to laugh thinking a person can get out of this situation very simply, not so. It’s a nightmare. So I am furious with this developers statement and my justification for calling it criminal....., Maybe the adolescents and elders find a trusting friend for the dark
Disgusting considering my teen daughter could possibly be a victim, thus the purchase for the app...

Thanks for your comment. It has taken us some time to figure out the problem you faced. There can be two possibilities- If the discussed tiles are paired to another phone, and the paired phone is in range with the tiles not in lost mode, their special lost mode signals will not kick in, this lost mode signal is what prompts your mobile app to pick up and detect the device. Take the paired mobile little farther, make the tile out of range, you will definitely see the device in your app. If the tile is not paired, then even if a tile is slipped on a person that person can’t be racked. And the app does not track the signals from such devices as they are not paired, they are not a threat. We apologize for the anxieties you went through. We have dug out the possible solutions and threats. Please understand we will not compromise anyone for some money. We appreciate your concern.
