Super easy to upload bills and see where everything is at in the process now. Love my care advocate and how easy it is to get a hold of him :)
Good concept… But be aware
This is a great concept for some people. Basic routine procedures, annual check ups, etc is where this program shines and is great. But, and I cannot stress this enough, if you encounter an emergency situation or a medical situation where time is of the essence be prepared for some frustration, delay and anxiety. This system is really great if you’re young or have a young family etc. If you have a lot of medical complications and might be prone to medical emergencies it might be best to stick to standard insurance despite the costs. You’ll discover this best when you need an MRI or bloodwork ASAP and it takes 1-3 days to get this approved and that assumes no discrepancy in details because then all communication with your care agent can take a whole day just to respond back. Be careful and honest with yourself about your needs and red lines.

Been trying to join :(
I really love this idea and have been trying to join. But the app keeps giving me error messages even though I’ve had multiple ‘successful enrollment’ pages. No confirmation email like they said I would get. It’s like I don’t exist at all and it’s super frustrating. Hoping the call I scheduled with them fixes it. Please let me in :(
