App can’t payout with the amount of users it has
This app was good until end of 2025 when it went bankrupt but didn’t tell anyone. They should remove this app if they can’t payout. Now they won’t payout or it will stop sending surveys so that you can’t cash out your accumulated points. Waste of time. I’m deleting this app now.
App not working
I love the app but it hasn’t been working lately for while now, there are no surveys or options to gain points. The app doesn’t say their is an update either What’s going on anyone else experiencing this?
What happened??????
This app was great when I first downloaded it. Then last year surveys just stopped showing up. I haven’t had a survey in months.

Seen where someone said it was back up and working but I have no surveys! Please, can you let me know when I will have more surveys as I had no issues at all when I had surveys and I would use my gift cards mostly for my pets!

Update**** 7/16/26 no longer receive surveys very disappointed because I really enjoyed this app!!!!!!Update*** 9/3/24 I have reached out to crowdtap about my account being deactivated and someone did actually respond to my email and I am no longer deactivated!!!! Like I said I have been a member for many years of crowdtap and never had this happened before, I’ve always been able to redeem my rewards with no problems at all. I’ve always answered honestly I just hope I don’t get deactivated again…..(my last post) I have been a member of crowdtap for many years now & recently they deactivated my account for no reason. I sent in to appeal haven’t heard anything back would like to get in contact with customer service
