Seen where someone said it was back up and working but I have no surveys! Please, can you let me know when I will have more surveys as I had no issues at all when I had surveys and I would use my gift cards mostly for my pets!

Update**** 7/16/26 no longer receive surveys very disappointed because I really enjoyed this app!!!!!!Update*** 9/3/24 I have reached out to crowdtap about my account being deactivated and someone did actually respond to my email and I am no longer deactivated!!!! Like I said I have been a member for many years of crowdtap and never had this happened before, I’ve always been able to redeem my rewards with no problems at all. I’ve always answered honestly I just hope I don’t get deactivated again…..(my last post) I have been a member of crowdtap for many years now & recently they deactivated my account for no reason. I sent in to appeal haven’t heard anything back would like to get in contact with customer service

Horrible service
I asked for a year for help because I am not getting any surveys. They totally ignored me. Didn’t help. So sad because I loved loved this app before
Why? Just why?
After years of not being able to get into my old account due to forgetting the password, I have tried to get into it again. I found out that it is suspended, tried to reach out to Support to find out why, and was unable to. I am highly disappointed because I found that app very fun and very entertaining. I also had a lot of points on there, so the fact that I cannot get to them is highly disappointing.

I’ve deleted this app used to be good and cashout without a problem now it doesn’t work most of the time

The surveys just started disappearing and now since October 2025 there has been nothing to do on this app I was so close to getting the $25 bath and body gift card now most of my points disappear and I can’t even use the app… I have waited long enough I’m just going to delete this useless app which is sad I liked doing the surveys

Surveys gone
Was a great app until they stopped releasing surveys. I wish they would communicate with us as to why there are no more surveys. At this point, this app could be using our data.
No more surveys but streaks
I never thought I’d give only 1 star. Would give 0 if that was an option.
Since months pretty much no surveys, only streaks when you get on.
Also when you try to contact customer support via the app, it brings an error page.
I’d really like to hear from Crowdtap support or people who worked for Crowdtap to find out if it’s still in business because the infos are mixed online.

Don’t recommend. Stay away.
Beware. They are good until they aren’t. If you are a regular survey taker aka every day and start making money through them..they will just stop sending you surveys. I emailed multiple times saying I wasn’t getting surveys any more and they essentially ghosted me. Horrible company.

This is a great app and so much fun and then I’ve been sudden they stopped putting surveys in and it hasn’t worked since November. Like what happened we need some answers.

Was a great app
This was a great app until it wasn’t! Surveys were fun and easy to answer. The surveys suddenly stopped about six months ago. If the site is no longer active, it would be great for the developer to let us know.
Not giving survey
I used to love crowdtap but for a few months now I have not received any survey . I emailed customer service many times but they responded saying I should receive the survey again but it is completely stopped.
Malicious App
Do not download this scam app! They will NEVER SEND YOU A SURVEY AFTER YOU SIGN UP! Why? Because the app is clearly just spyware capturing your data and returning zero rewards. I am deleting this app and I suggest you do, too. Months and months and ZERO opportunities to earn rewards. Yeah—that means only one thing: These frauds are STEALING OUR DATA!

Another rewards app that turned into a scam. I am just a few points away from redeeming a gift card but obviously I will never be able to redeem the points because there are no more surveys.

I give up. I’ve contacted customer support and was told they are investigating why I’m not receiving anything anymore. They have not responded back. There is no way to contact support on the app, just by email. When I go from doing group discussions and tons of surveys to nothing, something’s just not right. I know I’m not the only one that’s experiencing this.
