How third class the app has become now, they have lost all the values and they are no more loyals towards us, they are pure frauds, there is no option to redeem crowns and not giving book my show vouchers redeeming gems. They didn’t gave me may months gems redemption prize till now after writing 100 times and however they managed to give june months gem redemption, and yesterday I collected my last gem and redeemed it, but what they done is they labelled my june months voucher as july and made me fool, the voucher is invalid because its the same last months voucher, how foolish we are to use this app?! Uninstalling the app forever, I think they have become beggars now, no money to distribute us. Good bye crownit.

App Needs Updating
Survey app degraded
This use to be nice app but since sometime they have degraded. Survey are either rejected for unknown reasons or link will redirect to same page multiple times. Even crowns got lapsed without any pre information. On complaining they mentioned if app is not used in 6 months then crowns will lapse. But since past 3 years there are no rewards or anything to redeem, this team will never accept but they will find our fault.

All Surveys are in Pending Review
My all surveys are in pending…they took lot of time to fill and now taking lot of time to review. Everyday i am getting surveys from Crownit but they are useless….. plz don’t waist your and our precious time….I really want to send you screen recording but where would I send there is no contact center also like to mention that your perks are also useless plz provide some useful perks so that we can use them happily…. MOST ANNOYING APP EVER
I thought I’d use this app to save money. Now I get AT LEAST 6 TEXTS A DAY. And there’s NO WAY TO DEACTIVATE the account or NO WAY TO LOG OFF. I uninstalled the app and I’m still getting messages. It won’t let me block the number as well. I REGRET INSTALLING THE APP SO MUCH.

I think crownit is the best app that I have ever tried for earning money by completing survey as it pay you instantly by any of the payment method you choose. It is 100% legit app that pay for completing online surveys.
The App provides us the feature to collect perks and crowns by uploading Bills of any grocery, fuel, medical or any other bill and we get crowns as rewards which can be redeemed.
The App has the option to recharge your mobile number or DTH number when we have collected the required number of crowns. I would recommend this app which is legit, trustworthy and provides better customer service.

Useless app
This is completely useless app and spamming with messages everyday. Most of the surveys are fake. And there is no option to opt out from their services. I am try since long to opt out. They are not responding in twitter, even in contact us selection in their ugly website. Please please please don't install this spam app. I would like to give negative rating for their service. But we can’t , i am giving 1 star rating.

App is best but surveys are cheat !!
This 5 star is only for app and not for the surveys. Your surveys are kind of cheat, they ask around 20-30 questions spending more than 5-10 mins and during the end it will tell you “you’re not qualified” this is not right way to treat your users. Please get such surveys sorted out. I don’t parti are even in genuine surveys because they are very few.

Terrific spam
So I’m getting over 20+ SMS from them which they’re sending from different contacts so blocking doesn’t work I reached out on there support and wrote to them and got no reply or action then tweeted this case with their Twitter handle tagged still no reply even messaged them on Twitter still no reply. And ya I’d done all this number of times. If developers are seeing this review kindly respond and delete my account and stop sending me annoying messages.

Surveys are fake!!!
I'm using this application since a long time and it's nice to have games within the application which provides you rewards. But the issue is that they also conduct surveys and if those surveys are answered correctly then they assure you to get some paytm cash… but I have answered alott of surveys amd even my answers were up to the mark but unfortunately they do not give our rewards such as paytm cash or crowns … they conduct fake surveys… I was suppose to receive 200 paytm cash since 2 months and even I complained that I had not received but they just keep telling us 'After all they users answer us we will pay you' and till now I have not received a single peny for my surveys

App lags (while playing Tabola and uploading bills)
Hii, I am Iphone 11 user and i am facing problem when i upload bills sometimes it lags and doesn’t show uploading category so i need to re open and i re upload.
While playing Tambola I always face the problem like game stuck and i can’t see any number.

Bills upload - never upload bills with your address it is collecting your personal data and never gives a big rewards but sure you will get a very small rewards which will create interest more but no results.
Weekly rush — this a big fraud I guess even you have 100tickets you will end up getting one gem/10crowns/30crowns and not more than that..

Really not worth the wait
Every time they say upload bills and play games. I wait since morning every day to play Tambola at 2pm and the site never opens. It always shows loading. Past 15 days it’s gotten worse. The app opens super quick and perfectly before 2 pm and after 2:10pm as the game ends by then. Now that’s senseless bcz these guys want us to upload bills and we cannot even play a game . Also earlier while playing the game the app will start refreshing its self making it impossible for us to select the number or even know which number has come on the board. Bcz of which every time playing the game is in vain .. No win even after playing.
Also when the ask for taking a survey and win sure shot prize money in Paytm account is a fraud. 99% of the time they ask you all the various types of questions about you and your family details and at the end when you about to finish the survey right before that they will inform you that you are not matching the criteria of the survey and hence will not get any Paytm cash. I really hope they know what “Sure shot prize” in English means.

Never got more than 30 crowns.
I don’t know whether really anyone is winning more than 30 crowns. As i have been uploading for many times now. But never got more than 30 crowns. Plus due to some login error i was out for 3-4 months and my crowns after 4 months lapsed whereas it was lifetime crown which literally means it does not expire. Also the app is not working properly, and while answering the questions for 30 extra crowns or 30 paytm cash it always say that your ans are not as per required which feels like they are just making us fill questionnaire and not giving anything in return. Not happy at all with the app.

They spoiled this app...by improving it
There were days, where we used to win prizes, but now no longer !! The good days are gone now !!
I used to win so many prizes...
Whenever I am about to win in Tambola, it always says, that someone claimed before me. Inspite of there being so many charges to win...there are 30 - 40 prizes left, & whenever I claim it, it shows someone already claimed it before me..is this a Joke !!
Also, sometimes, the numbers are always just loading, & where the Wi - Fi connection is so strong enough !! Lollll...

Worst Application
They change there terms and conditions very frequently. I had around 2700 crowns which they called lifetime crowns but due to some issue with the application I was not able to login for few months and now when I am able to login it shows that all the crowns are lapsed without any notification. They send so many useless notifications via messages but never intimated about the Crowns validity. I would not recommend anyone to use this application. All is fake and they are just cheating on the name of crowns. The statement on the application is itself misleading on one hand u say lifetime and then in your terms and conditions you mention few months. Please don’t use this fake application!

Survey and perks issue
Hi..I joined this but I am highly disappointed by the survey as whenever I tried giving survey it said that I am ineligible ... when you have my profile send the surveys for which I am eligible or specify at the start of the survey as who are eligible and also the perks which are given not worth as usually it is for the new user. Hope queries will be taken care of..

Best days over of Crownit !!
When app was launched it was one of the best app but now it is no where going as Crowns have diminished to a great extent on check ins, Value to crowns have been diminished, Now days only a weekly rush ticket is awarded which is practically a myth as earlier all prizes which were to be distributed were actually the same no of prizes won on friday by users but now prizes have become ticket specific i.e. if the ticket is not issued than that prize will not be issued. Thats why each friday prizes are much lower than that of total prizes.
You guys yourself have diminished the value of app and in doing lot of things the basic essence of app has been finished.

More Options Needed
Upload bills can be only by clicking pictures but now days online payment and paperless environment has evolved and Crownit still rely on paper bills. It is difficult to get paper bills all the time. There should be an option to upload pdf, jpg etc. as a part of upload bills. I am not sure if Crownit is working on this enhancement but certainly this will encourage more people use this app.

Screenshot option is available for android platforms but its not functional on ios platforms but we are finding a way out, until then you can open the image via other devices/systems and upload the same. Not working Properly
The app is not working properly. It gets logged in through my mobile number after that whenever I click anywhere on the screen app gets logged out and ask for OTP page again the page changes to mobile number page again and again please solve this problem asap.
