Paid for ad-free but ads still popping up

Customer help never responded in chat any further than to prompt for my email address and left me hanging for 10 minutes before I gave up and deleted the app. It was my favorite game until this happened. I was paying every month for no ads and now these bugs where there isn’t any way to get your money back.

Don’t mess with it if it’s not broken

I agree with others that said they like the original version. I don’t like this updated version and have deleted the app. Twice. I reinstalled it to see if you brought back the original version. You didn’t. I deleted it again. I will come back from time to time to see if it’s back. And the ads are excessive.

I’m confused…

I’m not the most intelligent person, but of 123 games played, I’ve won 119. I don’t have actual friends to play with, but could you make the bots smarter? For example…toward the end of a game, there might be 7 possible openings, and the bit opponent has 5 tiles in their hand. The but rarely plays more than 3 of them, guaranteeing a win for me. I’m bit opposed to winning, but my goodness, I would rather lose and be challenged, then contributing to puppy-kick the bots.

Options removed

Since the latest update, I can no longer cancel game requests from players I prefer not to play with. I realise they are bots but some names are triggering. I also cannot get to the Home Screen while in the middle of a game. I still enjoy the game though so hoping these issues can be fixed.

Love the game - excessive ads

This game is wonderful however, the ads are the same food companies and the same high price models, but they have different names of companies. The food is the same, and the models take up all the ad, smiling in the camera and acting like they are the purchaser.Bad advertising.
