Challenge problems
I love playing this game. However, anytime I accept a challenge match. I write words that will not be accepted.which doesn’t make any sense. Just now I played a match with an opponent and I had 40 words because I counted how many I had. It only accepted 12 words and the opponent won with 52. Now that isn’t fair considering I had 40 words but only 12 of them were accepted. I don’t know if this is a glitch. Or if other people have had this problem. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and did a hard reset, updated the app, and still have this problem. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Frozen in ads
I’ve played for years but the ad glitches are getting out of control. I keep getting frozen in an ad and can only get out by turning my phone off. It’s been about 15 x today!😠
Was a good app....
Have enjoyed ruzzle for years. The tournament play is good, but the app is getting stingy. Challenging other players is all that's left. Diluting winning payouts. Once paid for ad-free, is no longer recognized. Sad. Greed.

I’ve been playing for years and love this game. I dislike the new changes. I like to use my rewards as I want. Changing 10 to 100 is not fooling anyone. The main strategical point was using and gaining rewards. Now it’s too easy and boring. Go back to the way it was. Make your changes somewhere else in the game please.

This has always been my go to game. When you find the perfect recipe you don’t have to keep tweaking it to be better. Anyhow, love the game
