Just ads
Can’t play with friends, can’t add friends, can’t pay to play without ads, can’t make ads go away. Just a disaster.
Fix the Glitches.
I love this game and have played it religiously for 10+ years.
Please fix the glitches! The app freezes and won’t open the game or it flickers back and forth until you restart the phone. There are also times when the score doesn’t register at the end if a game.
Otherwise I enjoy playing Ruzzle as it challenges me daily.

Challenge problems
I love playing this game. However, anytime I accept a challenge match. I write words that will not be accepted.which doesn’t make any sense. Just now I played a match with an opponent and I had 40 words because I counted how many I had. It only accepted 12 words and the opponent won with 52. Now that isn’t fair considering I had 40 words but only 12 of them were accepted. I don’t know if this is a glitch. Or if other people have had this problem. I have uninstalled the app and redownloaded it and did a hard reset, updated the app, and still have this problem. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Frozen in ads
I’ve played for years but the ad glitches are getting out of control. I keep getting frozen in an ad and can only get out by turning my phone off. It’s been about 15 x today!😠

Have enjoyed ruzzle for years. The tournament play is good, but the app is getting stingy. Challenging other players is all that's left. Diluting winning payouts. Once paid for ad-free, is no longer recognized. Sad. Greed.

I’ve been playing for years and love this game. I dislike the new changes. I like to use my rewards as I want. Changing 10 to 100 is not fooling anyone. The main strategical point was using and gaining rewards. Now it’s too easy and boring. Go back to the way it was. Make your changes somewhere else in the game please.

please note however: randomly-after a game round has completed-any further play abruptly stops with the screen flickering incessantly, with the only way to stop it is to shut the game down & re-open it.
after reading reviews indicating this same bug affecting others’ game play & asking devs to apply a fix, it is seemingly yet to be addressed.
is there a specific reason for that? maybe one of your more recent updates had an unexpected effect that caused it, but can the devs please re-address this bug & update the platform? thanks!

Love the game but the ad’d are excessive and makes me leave the game sooner because the ads take you out the zone and it comes after single round
App is not showing up in notifications on iPhone 17 pro max
Use to get notifications on the game when it was your turn all of sudden they stop coming so I re installed and now ruzzle doesn’t show in the notifications setting on iPhone where u control notifications , did u remove this from the app ??
Love this game!
I play this game at least twice a day in order to keep my brain active and sharp. I have some long term Ruzzle buddies that I play. It's a fun game. Try it!

Desire to return
I loved the game but had to leave because it hacked. I had reached the highest level, lost 6,000 points. I will try again because it is fun and challenging.
