Great game
Was a good app....
Have enjoyed ruzzle for years. The tournament play is good, but the app is getting stingy. Challenging other players is all that's left. Diluting winning payouts. Once paid for ad-free, is no longer recognized. Sad. Greed.
Too many add
Love the game but the ad’d are excessive and makes me leave the game sooner because the ads take you out the zone and it comes after single round
App is not showing up in notifications on iPhone 17 pro max
Use to get notifications on the game when it was your turn all of sudden they stop coming so I re installed and now ruzzle doesn’t show in the notifications setting on iPhone where u control notifications , did u remove this from the app ??

I play this game at least twice a day in order to keep my brain active and sharp. I have some long term Ruzzle buddies that I play. It's a fun game. Try it!

Desire to return
I loved the game but had to leave because it hacked. I had reached the highest level, lost 6,000 points. I will try again because it is fun and challenging.

Played this game since I was 17. . . I’m 31 now… I deleted it due to the glitches (which most recent ratings have also left reviews about). Supposedly the Ruzzle Dev team has fixed them, I’m going to redownload and give it a shot. I hope to change my rating to 5 stars, but if it’s still trash I’m not going higher than a 2.

Game freezing
I have had issues for the last month with the game freezing while playing. I have been a Ruzzle fan for years now and I’ll be happy when this issue is resolved!
Glitches Fixed!
Just wanted to thank the dev team for fixing the glitches that started after the latest IOS update. I’ve been playing Ruzzle daily since 2012 and it’s the game that challenges my brain while keeping me engaged and sharp for nearly 15 years. It was soooo hard & frustrating these last few weeks, when I’d insist on playing even though my whole phone froze during play. Thanks to your recent update, I’m back to playing with the joy and relaxation I’ve always enjoyed with Ruzzle. I continue to recommend Ruzzle to anyone who asks what my favorite word game is!

Fix the glitches please :(
Ruzzle has been my favorite mobile game for years. I started playing when I was 13 years old, and now I'm 26. Out of all the games I've downloaded and deleted over the years, this is one of the very few that has stayed on my phone.
The game is fun, brain-stimulating, and surprisingly challenging, especially when you enter tournaments and compete against strong players. It keeps your mind active, improves your vocabulary, and never really gets old. Whether I have a few minutes to spare or want to sit down and seriously compete, Ruzzle is always my go-to game.
The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the constant freezing and glitches. Sometimes the tiles start shaking uncontrollably across the board. I can still swipe and create words, but I can't clearly see what I'm spelling. The only way I know if a word was accepted is by listening for the approval sound. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when I'm having a great round and pushing 1,800+ points. I've had to force-close and restart the app more times than I can count because of this issue.
I genuinely love this game and have been loyal to it for over a decade. I just wish the developers would address these performance issues so the gameplay experience can match how great the game itself

Glitches
Ever since the update, Ruzzle has been getting stuck and causing my phone to get stuck. I’m not able to turn my phone off for about 2 minutes. Other than that I enjoy playing this game.
Freezing
I like the app but it freezes in the middle of games and I have to force close it and restart the whole game. It’s continuous and annoying. Also there’s too many ads.

Too buggy
I love this game and I’ve been playing it for well over 10 years, but if I wasn’t so entrenched as a player, I would not stick with it right now. It’s nearly impossible to complete rounds without the game glitching and freezing up. I really hope they can get it back on track.

Just trying to report a fault. The game keeps glitching/freezing/ I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a few times but it makes no difference.
