Overly complicated
In all of my years of editing, I have never had such a difficult time navigating an app and creating a carousel. I will never use this app again thank you for the free trial.

I was charged £39.99 after what was advertised as a free trial. I cancelled my subscription immediately after trying the app, yet I was still billed.
This is extremely disappointing and misleading. If the trial is not genuinely free, it should not be advertised as such. I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription and cancelled as soon as possible.
I would like a full refund of the £39.99 charge. Please investigate this matter and process my refund as soon as possible.

Déçu de la qualité d’importation des vidéo
L’application est sympa de bons template, mais je suis très déçu de la qualité d’importation des vidéo surtout en ayant prix la version payante . Même avec une vidéo 4k, le rendu final et moins net et manque de pression. Il n’y a pas de réglage de qualité ou importer en HD visible, ce qui limite le résulta final et les vidéo sont flou ou les couleur sont pale
