Crashes
I have tried to download this app and I get to the log in and once it sends I am not able to open the app it keeps crashing. It’s annoying when I want to add my trip but cannot open the app to see it.
Great but,
I’ve been using the app for a few weeks now and have enjoyed it. It would be nicer if it stored info locally on my phone for use when I’m abroad without internet. I’m assuming it requires an internet connection as I place my phone in airplane mode and it just sits and spins.
Not great app
I’ve only been using the app for a short while and am disappointed. I tried to change my PW and it emailed me a temporary one but it does not work. Can’t remember my original PW so now I’m locked out! Ugh!
Horrible app
Worked when I first downloaded it. Now I can’t get it to open. Deleted & redownloaded, tells me my login info is incorrect (even though it’s not), so I try forgot password, and it just gives me an error. This app is absolutely useless.
Won’t open
I registered and tried to update and log in…it didn’t work. I tried deleting and downloading again…still would not open. I was trying to log into keep up on my cruise…
Keeps Crashing

UNABLE TO LOGIN
I’ve had the app for a month and have NOT been able to successfully login in ONCE! I’ve gone thru the ‘forgot password’ prompt multiple times, received the temporary passwords and still have not had any success.
Dont waste your time
This app is an absolute piece of garbage. Over an hour wasted trying to load and open it
Do not see login screen
I downloaded the app but I don’t see a screen to login. All I see are three screens and skip which I clicked on and nothing happened. I have an iPhone and have logged in to the website on my laptop with no problem signing in and viewing my trip info.

App crashes every time I try to click on submit credit authorization
The app no longer works
The app won’t work for me any longer. If I try to go on, it just shows green screen and nothing happens. They did switch my advisor so I don’t know if that is why not not. I reached out to her about this and never received a response.
Useful travel app! Easy way to plan out my vacation
This app is great—I love being able to communicate my dream destinations and plan it all right through the app. I can view my itinerary while staying in contact with my travel agent the entire time. The app is flawless in design and easy to use. No issues thus far :) thank you Cruise Planners!

Downloaded the app and all I get is the green login screen, but can’t login. What a waste of time.

Simple and Easy to Use
Allows me to keep up with my trips booked through my travel agent. I can see a summary of my upcoming trips, research cruises, upload photos and stay in touch with my agent.
Problem
When I opened the app and click on copy of receipt, I cannot close the receipt and get back to the rest of the app.
Easy to access
Great tool to keep and access all your travel plans booked with CP. Excellent for cruises, needs some tour and land vacation updates.
A good app to take with you
I have all the information I need in this app for past and present trips. I recommend Pammy Schlief as she has been my agent for years even before the app. It's handy and I feel better knowing that I have my agent with me if I ever needed her. I highly recommend her.

You must register with someone from a very short list of travel agents in order to use the app
