This app is one of the least intuitive and poorly designed UX products I’ve seen in quite some time. I hated using it during my trip so much.

Very primitive app

Was asked to download the app a month before departure. I did. All I get is our departure and end date and a picture of our embarkation port! The tabs for “Excursions” and “My Avalon” takes me to a log in page so I need to log in to see my excursions!! I AM logged in the app! An app is supposed to give you most of the information of an account, not just a very general info!
