This app is one of the least intuitive and poorly designed UX products I’ve seen in quite some time. I hated using it during my trip so much.
Very primitive app
Was asked to download the app a month before departure. I did. All I get is our departure and end date and a picture of our embarkation port! The tabs for “Excursions” and “My Avalon” takes me to a log in page so I need to log in to see my excursions!! I AM logged in the app! An app is supposed to give you most of the information of an account, not just a very general info!

Avalon Go Ap
This is a really good ap. Easy to use and offers a view of your whole trip, including flights and departure and arrival cities. It has a great map and overview of the cities along the cruise and helpful list of excursions. My only suggestion would be an easier viewing of the itinerary.

App could be better. Framework is there but it’s clunky and doesn’t refresh quickly.

The only thing this app is really good for is seeing the current day’s schedule and menu and accessing PDFs if your travel documents. You can’t see which excursions you’ve signed up for or access descriptions of excursions (unless you go to the website). Most annoying of all, you can’t see the schedule for future days - only the current day or past days.
