This is a joke
Truly one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Not really an app, just an interface to get to their website.
Would not remember my logon information, so it took me 5 minutes to login every time. “Information” was presented as 35-page pdfs to download, rather than having a working menu with tabs or pages. Certain details were incorrect (itinerary), and other useful stuff was not included (cruise director’s contact, docking location).

If you’re looking for a quaint personable trip, this is the way to go. The staff are wonderful and constantly want to make sure you are pleased with everything and you couldn’t ask for better food choices.
The excursions were day trips you couldn’t see anywhere else. I prefer this type of traveling vs the overcrowded ocean liners. Really had a great time and the weather was perfect.

Avalon Rhone river cruise
Amazing river cruise
Love this app.
Excellent app. Includes our daily schedules, our meal menus and maps of towns. I also love that all this is available after our trip is over so I can refer back to it when going thru my photos.
Terrible App - Burden on traveler to have confirmation number every time It is used
Extremely disappointed with the function of this app. It is obvious the app is merely a front end to two different data sources. Forcing the traveler to enter reservation number when itinerary & excursions are needed.
Cruising

Great app
Gave great info all through the trip
Difficult to use
Doesn’t work for my spouse
Great for information
Only thing was you have to sign in to different areas instead of one sign in
AvalonGo
This Ap is great - all the information you need and more is available within a few clicks - really impressed 👍

Trash
This app is one of the least intuitive and poorly designed UX products I’ve seen in quite some time. I hated using it during my trip so much.
Very primitive app
Was asked to download the app a month before departure. I did. All I get is our departure and end date and a picture of our embarkation port! The tabs for “Excursions” and “My Avalon” takes me to a log in page so I need to log in to see my excursions!! I AM logged in the app! An app is supposed to give you most of the information of an account, not just a very general info!
