Used to love it...
I have my fifth Collette trip coming up in 44 days. I used to use the app to look at my previous trips, to look at details and reminisce. I upgraded my phone this week and now I can't log into the app at all, not even with my reservation number. It's sad that you can't look at your previous trips unless you have another trip planned. I tried to call customer service but no one answered today and I finally hung up.

Great App/Wish it Worked in Landscape on iPad
Fantastic app but it’s cumbersome to use on an iPad as it only works in portrait mode.
New update broke app
The recent update on 10/10 unfortunately broke the app for me. When attempting to open specific days to view the itinerary, the app crashes. This is extremely frustrating as Collette encourages the use of the app while on trips.
App crashes
After latest update (October 2024) the app is unusable. When clicking on the destination and date tab it supposed to bring detailed itinerary for that day, instead it crashes. It’s too bad because before the update I loved the app.
Collette of my dreams
I just spent another GREAT vacation thanks to you guys. I have not vacationed with any other company in those land tours, but if that’s the way they all are then that’s perfect. This was my third vacation with Collette and they didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best. The other two were great but this really left a utopian feeling on me. Collette really took good care in planning this. I don’t know how you all managed that but… The tour manager Mohamed Ali was super
