Used to love it...
I have my fifth Collette trip coming up in 44 days. I used to use the app to look at my previous trips, to look at details and reminisce. I upgraded my phone this week and now I can't log into the app at all, not even with my reservation number. It's sad that you can't look at your previous trips unless you have another trip planned. I tried to call customer service but no one answered today and I finally hung up.

Great App/Wish it Worked in Landscape on iPad
Fantastic app but it’s cumbersome to use on an iPad as it only works in portrait mode.
New update broke app
The recent update on 10/10 unfortunately broke the app for me. When attempting to open specific days to view the itinerary, the app crashes. This is extremely frustrating as Collette encourages the use of the app while on trips.
App crashes
After latest update (October 2024) the app is unusable. When clicking on the destination and date tab it supposed to bring detailed itinerary for that day, instead it crashes. It’s too bad because before the update I loved the app.
Collette of my dreams
I just spent another GREAT vacation thanks to you guys. I have not vacationed with any other company in those land tours, but if that’s the way they all are then that’s perfect. This was my third vacation with Collette and they didn’t disappoint. This was by far the best. The other two were great but this really left a utopian feeling on me. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with Collette. Everything in their control was perfect just like they described. The things not in their control like weather and lost luggage they made phone calls and safety adjustments on the fly kept everything on schedule. Very impressed with our first trip with them.

App is fine but not user friendly
Not user friendly and does not update all departure/arrival times. Was confusing to check in for our flights (which confirmation code to use, etc). I kinda hated it but had no alternative.

My husband, me, and two of our adult children and their spouses went to Greece on Oct 9 - Oct 24, 2023. savass was our tour guide. Honestly we could not have had a better guide. Totally EXCELLENT from beginning to end. Six of us became sick and Savass handled it with tact and sensitivity of the seasoned Guide that he is. Whatever his salary, he needs a raise, his English is impeccable, kindness unequaled in our experience . Just can’t say enough about how Great he was. Thank You to Collette for having the caliber of Guids that make us want to use your company again and again. This was our 3rd

Useful app for traveling with Collette
The Collette compass app ties into your tour to have all the tour information at a glance including reminders for flights. It is very useful and convenient! The best recommendation is that I used it!
Trip to Italy and Sicily
I was very pleased to work with Collette on this trip to Sicily and Italy. The hotels for each area were totally appropriate to the area and the tour guide and bus driver were really extremely efficient and caring. I plan on booking Collette travels in the future.
