Web site only sells stuff
Website is poor – once you login to manage your cruise, it forces you to log back in multiple times, even though you have not left the site. In addition, when you try to look at, for example, what dining you have signed up for, you can’t find it, it only tries to sell you new dining. Site is foxing selling new stuff, not managing your upcoming cruise

Very clunky app
This app promises a lot but does not deliver effectively.
The chat feature takes forever to update and sent messages don’t update immediately.
Itinerary page tended to work well.
Changing cruises completely bamboozled the app. It would not update to our next cruise until fixed by guest services. We missed dining reservations because of this.
The internet interface is not user friendly.

On board
Very frustrating to use while on board. It essentially does not work. Often cannot login. Deck plans do not show. Menu buttons take you elsewhere outside the app. Cannot add events. Cannot see account statement (unable to show at this time).
Cruise would be much better if I did not know the app existed. Continuous errors.

Barely functional. Why, Holland America, why?
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. The actual app features rarely work, giving random error messages, and many of the features that you think would be in the app actually just open a website—which may or may not work! Be prepared to login again and again! How fun!
Holland America really needs to do better, because this app is the worst part of an otherwise exceptional cruise experience

This app just sucks!
Can we please get some qualified app developers please? This app feels like a high school project gone wrong. Nothing intuitive or pleasant about it at all. It’s not only useless, it’s taking up precious resources on my phone that could be dedicated to an app that really is beneficial! Either make it really work or stop pretending and just get rid of it! It’s annoying!
