Chat function does not work
The chat function works so sporadically, it’s totally unreliable for groups traveling together.

My exprerience!
It should be more entertaining activities for adults too. Disney has many years and a lot of adults grow up watching Disney movies and characters. So, Im, as a adult wished to enjoy more. And also, it was very hard and tire making long lines and waiting a lot for taking picture with characters. I think you should show up many (double or triple) Mickeys, Donalds, Minnies, and more.
About restaurants:
Breakfast was ok. But in at night, The menu used to look fantastic, but It wasn't. One received a extra dry sirloin. So I tried to select other options and there wasn't too many options.
Costumer service, room service were excellent.
And housekeepers were awesome people!!
My family and I love them!

BBQ on the ship.
Excellent ribs, pulled pork and Brisket. Also enjoyed the BBQ sauce. Recommend for the castaway Cay BBQ luncheon as well.

Chat is unreliable
The chat function - the only way to reliably communicate offshore – is buggy and inconsistent. Group chat does not work well at all; chats between individuals aren’t perfect either.
