The DCL app on my new iPhone Air is stuck in a FaceID loop. I can’t get past it.

Something is wrong in the app. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times.

The texts did not go through and some of our group never got the texts ever. The texts from the cruise line were hard to read a small font with low contrast.

Disney cruise app experience

The overall app was very effective and convenient with planning and looking at reservations and activities at certain times. But I can’t get over how terrible the texting and chat part was, texts didn’t go through and weren’t sending. Good idea bad execution. Hoping for a better update next time!?
