Amazing experience with Disney Wish
We just finished our Disney wish three days trip to Bahamas. It was an amazing experience.
print is faded and small
The app was great on keeping up with schedules, but the print was light colored and small with no way to expand to a more readable size

Very poor connection, especially away from the ship. Notorious for bugginess!

I loved how it had the little adventures in the cruise app! It made it something someone wanted to use!
Not a satisfied customer!
The app was slow to refresh details. I wouldn’t get updates about my day 2 or day 3 island visit until day 4 at sea. The message/text communication wasn’t useful at all. Day 1 our group of 6 could message each other for a few hours but after that the messages would not work which forces us to either not be in communication (which was unacceptable when trying to coordinate with grandparents and children) or have to add extra international costs to our cellular provider service which costed us $300-$400. Very expensive bill due to the app not functioning properly.

Great app- but could be more
We used this on our recent cruise and loved it for communicating among a big group. It could be better in that it was a pain to add everyone in an extended group- if the staterooms are connected for dining etc it should be easier to add people. I would also like it to have the ability to see and buy pictures on it. I also had issues when switching devices - I would lose all those people that I had added and would need to ask for their numbers to add them again.

Wonderfull cruise. So much to do food was exceptionally good. Disney knows how to cruise. Can’t wait for next vacation.

Not sure who decides things- but not being able to manage my own activities is not good.
Also- would love to be able to know what’s happening in my stateroom, not just my activities. Feels like decisions are made without experience , practical or operational knowledge

My family and I had the toughest time understanding this app. It was very confusing and not user friendly at all. It increased an already huge amount of frustration for us during our 1st Disney cruise. We have cruised several times on other cruise lines and know our way around a cruise and app. However, we were completely lost and a huge part of that is this app
