For all the things that Disney does so well the app was just ok and not always intuitive for navigation. Multiple times it is just a link away from the app so don’t really stay in the app. Also the confusion of having an app look completely different and not be able to have the daily activities and plans in the app prior to onboarding and then not knowing it was going to switch. Also lot of opportunities to connect with certain people like waiters, room service stateroom host in the app as well

Getting Around
Would be perfect if it had a map or directions to where everything is, instead of just giving you the deck number.

Great App
Loved having the app on the cruise to plan our day and always know what was coming up. It was a bit glitchy the first day. It they got it worked out (ship issue). Would like to see a better real time ship location map identifying the islands visible around us. But otherwise great - loved the notifications feature and the chat functionality to stay in touch with other members of your group.

A bit difficult to navigate
Just felt that it was difficult to find information easily. It is not intuitive. When we got on the cruise we could no longer find the other members of our group on the app.

If I was able to use this app everyday I would. It helps me connect, plan, and schedule when I’m cruising with Disney cruise line.

The App was very good. I suggest you add an Oral Que (sound) when a new message hits your inbox.

I really enjoyed this cruise and this app definitely helped in making that possible! The only thing I would note is that when a large crowd forms, the app will buffer and struggle until you either leave the area or the crowd disperses. Other that that I would highly recommend this app when going on a Disney cruise.

Visually Impaired Accommodations Needed; Filters don’t stay
Overall, the app was helpful. However, when we applied the filters, they wouldn’t stay— we had to reapply every time we used the app. And, we have someone who is visually impaired and there’s no way to enlarge the text or change the font to read it herself. That was disappointing.
3 more suggestions: (1) access schedule BEFORE we board, (2) some ship events not on schedule (like Imagineering tour)— had to book with guest services, and (3) show route on map with where what our “my plan” had selected.

HORRIBLE APP
We travel DCL annually….
The “app” has been in place for several years now, and I think it has gotten worse. Connectivity is horrible if you are anywhere on the ship like a movie theatre, restaurants on 2 & 3 - quite frankly, unless you are literally outside or standing right next to a window, the wifi is awful.
There has GOT to be an easier way to link your party to the contacts.
In 2026 - with ALL of the tech available, Disney should be embarrassed by how terrible this app is.

My Disney Wish Concierge Experience
After sailing the Disney Wish once before, I knew there was one experience I wanted to complete different - Castaway Cay. On our first visit, we spent time trying to find the right beach, shade, and restrooms then actually relaxing. I decided that for our next cruise, I wanted to do it right. After plenty of research, I booked a concierge’s state room, hoping to reserve a beach cabana. It turned out to be one of the best vacation decisions I’ve ever made. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team made everything feel effortless. They were always available to answer questions, helped us navigate the Disney Cruise line app, secure, preferred seating for the shows, located family members when we became separated, and took care of countless little details before we even had to ask. Dining became another highlight. Rather than stressing over the menu, I trusted our servers’ recommendations and every meal was exceptional. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made each dinner feel special. Our day at Castaway Cay was everything I had hoped for. We were fortunate to have cabana #1 at Mickey and Minnie Beach, and it was perfect. The beach was beautiful, the barbecue and restrooms were just a short walk away, and the cabana attendance provided outstanding service. The cooling towels on the warm Bahamian afternoon were a thoughtful touch that made the day even more enjoyable. One of my favorite memories came while floating peacefully in the crystal clear water. Looking up at the sky, I could have sworn I saw Mickey ears and the Disney cruise logo forming in the clouds. Whether it was coincidence, or a little Disney magic, it became one of those unforgettable moment I’ll always treasure. As our cruise came to an end, the concierge team personally escorted us off the ship and hugged us goodbye. I found myself fighting back tears. I realized the best vacations aren’t measured by how much you do or how much to spend or save. They are measured by the memories you create and how they make you feel. Concierge gave me something I couldn’t put a price on - the freedom to simply enjoy time with my grandson without worrying about the details. Thank you concierge for making what was already a wonderful Disney Cruise truly unforgettable.

Extremely slow at loading on board.
App is ok
It takes forever to load and with its long loading process, you’ll miss out on bookings. Once sailing, we had to keep typing and linking our reservation.
