Getting a FL seasonal pass

I have tried three times in the past several days to get a FL Passholder pass. I get to review and sign and it always says having problems and to call. So I am calling today. A little disappointed I have to call but I do understand your system may not be functioning as well. Just odd I’ve tried 3 times and it always says there is a problem and to call. Just giving this a three because I’m disappointed is all.

On a relatively slow 2 days at animal kingdom and magic kingdom - it stopped working several times and had to be restarted about 6x
