Everything was great but it was weird because I couldn’t see the wait times and it wanted me to sign up even though I already did sign up so that was pretty dumb

Magic Bands impossible to pair
Magic bands continue to fail when trying to pair them.
Tickets not sent
Purchased tickets through the app they have been charged to my credit card and they are not in my email or on the app and trying to find someone to speak to to resolve this issue on our last day of vacation is virtually impossible. 45 minutes later still have not resolved the issue so I guess I’m out 370 bucks.

I have been trying to ask questions about my upcoming trip and the chat never works. I tried to call and I’ve been on hold for a very long time.

Freezing
It’s great, appreciate the flow of it. Occasionally it will freeze however and I will lose my choice. Overall, it’s great.
