It is not a friendly app and I'm not enjoying getting around. You need to make this easy for the cruiser.
Cannot add to my Apple Wallet
Checked in but cannot add seapass to my Apple wallet. Celebrity apologizes but does not provide basis or timeline to resolve.

The use of the app does require some trial and error. We were trying to schedule dinner times during Labor Day weekend when there was a sale. It really requires some creativity and finding how to book excursions or even more importantly, dinner reservation dining room rooms as part of a package we purchased. They did not make it easy and there’s a very little support call capability. I’m gracious that our travel agent had familiarity with the app and also had a challenge, but helped eventually find what we were looking and that is not an agent of Celebrity that helped us. That was our own local travel agent.

After NCL
As a very experienced celebrity guest, I am so Disappointed that I waste my time on two recent NCL cruises.The difference on Celebrity is amazing, particularly the food, the quality of the outdoor spaces and the ship.
