Kind of Works?
I submit these facts to the jury: This app is supposedly 4+ years old. Yet it has only 3.1k reviews, over 300 times less than its competitors’ apps. The app itself reeks of short turnaround. It’s full of minor UI bugs, perplexing systems, and unhelpful labels. Buttons sometimes work and sometimes don’t with no apparent cause. “Sign in with booking number” doesn’t work if you’ve already made an account. Adding a booking to an account sometimes doesn’t visibly work until you log out and log back in.
I don’t know what the verdict should be, but it looks an awful lot like Princess tore down what it used to have in an attempt to rebrand, and vibe coded their new system without bothering to use a single brain cell to consider the consequences.
I need a break from bad software. Maybe I should go on a cruise. Oh, wait.

I get more frustrated by the second while “using” this app. It is not user friendly. It provides very little information and what it does provide is in the least helpful manner. The fact that I am thoroughly annoyed before embarking on my vacation is very off-putting. The instant the cruise is over I plan to uninstall the app.

Not very good app
This app is not easy to use and also takes forever to upgrade while I am on ship. I don’t know that I had to upgrade it while I am not on ship
Unable to log into my cruise
I called to let the company know that I couldn’t get logged into my cruise. I kept getting a message that the booking belonged to another user. The only way I was able to long into my cruise to get information was through Princess.com which requires you to enter much more information. So basically, the app is useless. Just use the website and get used to typing more.
