What is really cool about the app that it directs you to the place on the ship you need to find and also shows the location of a person from your party.
Issue with the app
Was working fine for the past 6-7 days until today when it failed me. Spend the better part of my time logging into the app through Quick Access which came up with an error message and to try again later.
Uninstall n install my app a few times but the same problem/error came up. Try to log in and the same problem happened. The website’s logging is working but I can’t complete the check in, and book the dinning on it but only through the app.
It just ruins the experience once and for all.

Jekyll n Hyde
The app is good on board a ship but absolute trash when using to get what they call Sea Ready. You would think a company that created the fantastic medallion could create an easy to use off ship app. Years of using this app and so many glitches I’ve lost track. So frustrating. For the love of god Princess get it together!!

Poor Design
Bugs and poor design. Appears to be designed by marketing, not with the user in mind. No way to report bugs.
