The app is good on board a ship but absolute trash when using to get what they call Sea Ready. You would think a company that created the fantastic medallion could create an easy to use off ship app. Years of using this app and so many glitches I’ve lost track. So frustrating. For the love of god Princess get it together!!

The best princess cruises
I recommend going on the royal princess, the most good food about a balcony bunkbeds. I got everything even a mini fridge and a TV the cool part about it. The medallions because it’s so cool like I seen other Youtubers like use a key card put it inside of like a little hole. I mean you could get a key card at the mail station or whatever it’s called but it’s the best I’m gonna write another reveal on the sapphire princess next year.

Worst App Ever!
This app will bring frustration to your cruise. Be prepared not to need it. Download your summary to your phone. Much easier!
App is not working well
I have found the app to be quite useless. When trying to check today’s schedule it defaults to the next day and no amount of scrolling backwards helps to find activities for today. I can’t add items to my calendar/schedule or download the pictures.
Also - it seems counterintuitive that the app doesn’t allow me to access my entire trip planner when Princess booked both the land and sea portions of the trip. That needs to be fixed.

Horrible app
Horrible app. Very glitchy and causes issues ordering medallions.
I hope the cruise is better than the app
The app is not intuitive or user friendly at all. Nothing makes sense. It’s a mess. The website is also bad. Different but still bad. Royal Caribbean’s app is much better.
Paying for nothing
Princess charged me $20 to have two medallion shipped to me. Now the app says medallions will be available on departure day at the port. Called Princess and got a message that no one was available and that hung up on me. Fighting the charges through my credit card.
Doesn’t work for me
The travel agent and Princess Cruises tech-support spent over an hour and a half trying to help me get logged in to no avail. They said to wait 24 hours and retry after the system updated information. It still doesn’t work. They said to use the website. I still cannot get logged into my account to select any excursions etc. I am beyond frustrated. I am hoping the cruise is much better than the app.

How Many Years Later & It’s Still Horrible!?!
This is by far the worst app I have ever been subjected to. The latest reconfiguration is much worse than what was already in place. When will Princess wake up & get new management who actually knows what they’re doing & cares about their customers?

You definitely need the app to put things at your fingertips! It makes your stay on board easier and information at your fingertips!
Issue with registration
App requires date of birth fields to be filled in. Cannot do as no day/date/year options available. Refreshed the page. Still no joy.
Can’t reload it
Old nor new app will reload… had trouble on previous cruise with app- was hoping this was fixed by now- 🙃
Many issues
I’m a first time user and this app is not friendly. Can’t add my passport as there is no save button. App lags.
Worst app around
This is the worse app I’ve ever had to deal with. Completely unusable if you want to update your profile. Updating yours or family members address, photo, phone number, contact details, citizenship details or payment card is continuously met with “internal server error” or “error, bad request”.
You really do need to sort this mess out if you want people to do all booking in work for you.
