nothing works
Tried to link cabins, no. Tried to apply for the credit card, no. Tried to make a booking, after 3 attempts gave up. If it is not going to work, then don't offer it

We we booked our package we was told free drinks in casino while we are playing. They said we had to pay for drinks because they stopped doing that 4 days before we set sail ..Humm not a good way to welcome new guest to your cruise line ..

App constantly fail. Majority of the time App did not display booking Information and cruise information is missing.

Great vacation
Had the best time. The crew was spectacular and our did themselves in regard to care and preparation. Loved our stateroom attendant Lawry! He was fantastic and took great care of us. The dining room staff… RAM, Ricky, and Andrew were superb!!
The app isn’t as useful as you would expect
I have tried to book an excursion ahead of sailing with a sale offer. But when I went to checkout, it showed full price. I phoned the helpline to be told the time slot I wanted was sold out. The app should cross out that time is sold out and of course show the offer price of the day

Not a good app
Trying to book excursions but constantly timing out or can’t get to excursion descriptions. Very frustrating.
App does not appear on home screen of my phone!
Extra trouble to have to open app screen to reach app every time!
Terrible
One of the worst apps ever. Virtually everything you click on, you get the message “Oops! Something went wrong.” But you have to use it when you’re on the cruise.

Not Intuitive
The app lacks any clear direction to complete the health questionnaire or safety briefing let alone checking in. But if you are buying something it’s front and present. Let’s get our priorities straight!
Not user friendly
Too hard to find out anything. Like luggage tags and trying to get someone on the phone is even worse.
Fantastic cruise
Wonderful cruise in Asia - round Japan and South Korea. The staff on board the Celebrity Millennium are outstanding. Particularly Allan (Metropolitan Restaurant & Ocean View buffet) fantastic service with a constant smile, nothing is too much trouble. He is an absolute star and an incredibly hard working young man. Myo from the Metropolitan Restaurant, made sure that my food allergies were completely catered for and that I had no worries at all.
Sandislo - our wonderful cabin stewardess - nothing was too much trouble. Our cabin was always immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. A big shout out to all the staff in the Rendezvous Bar and the Martini Bar just absolutely superb. Wonderful, friendly service, remembering names, stateroom numbers and your favourite drinks, just amazing staff. We had a wonderful time on board the ship.
