The Retreat
This was my anniversary cruise. My husband and I took our guests for the weekend, aboard the Celebrity Reflection for our wedding a year ago and t was all a blur so we just got off the same ship and we loved it. We were in The Retreat again and this time we ate at Luminae and it was wonderful. This time we saw our amazing Butler and our suite was lovely. We can’t wait to sail again with Celebrity.

Food was excellent no matter the location. All Restaurant on board was awesome. Food was amazing. Service was on point. Everyone had a great attitude and cool in their own was. Room service was amazing. Cleaning my room 3x a day was a lot so I made my bed on Saturday so TeTe can have a break. Thank you for making this a memorable for me. My first time. From DJ to show in all locations we’re amazing. Theater shows were very entertaining. There’s a lot of things going on but very entertaining. Thank you. Chefs were excellent I think I want to join yall team or I will be back

One wonderful experience I will never forget. Everything up to high standards. From point of entry till the end. A very beautiful welcome. We had great fun, lots of activities on board, great customer, great food, great entertainment, massive rooms, brilliant room service, cleaning top notch. I loved the whole experience and I’m already planning my next trip with celebrity cruises again🥰🥰🥰

Paying for meal
I don’t like that I am paying for a meal in advance. Say I get sick to my stomach and can’t dine on the 2nd night. I just wanted a reservation, so I could dine with friends at the same time and place. I am also uncertain about that. We assume that when the time comes we will ask to be seated together. Wish the app made these things clear.

Retreat From The Retreat
Disappointed in the Luminae this cruise. Many meals were poorly cooked resulting in meats difficult to slice.
This was a 70th birthday celebration for my husband. I confirmed a cake twice, what we got was one dessert that was thinly sliced into five sliver of pieces.
I will never book the Retreat and Celebrity again……

Great app, just wish they had one more thing
App works great and very helpful to run on ship and in room. The only thing I wish the app had was on the my calendar have the ability to add my personal excursions outside of the ship and other activities that I want to put in the calendar that the ship does not provide would be great.

The service is amazing from our room keeper Lydian to our sommelier, Rumbi to the most amazing bartender, Marshall,this was an amazing trip. 10/10 would recommend!! First cruise ever and will 100% be back

I love this cruise. I got a complimentary massage voucher from my friends. Lydia Santos was one of the best massage therapists. Fatuo, our roomsteward, did an excellent job. We are so happy on our cruise. We will come back next year.
Beds
Everything was very good, except the Bed is very hard uncomfortable. Suggestion need to improve with better beds.
