Food
The food was amazing, especially the Tuscan restaurant . Roger was outstanding with service and personality. Shona was also outstanding, with her wonderful personality and professionalism, we felt very comfortable, which is why we chose to dine at the Tuscan 👌👍💖💙
Your wrap is not particularly user-friendly
Just trying to get my tickets on the app having a difficult time there are better apps than yours

Not great wifi unless you pay even more
Prepaid for wifi, tips and the basic alcohol pkg, and balcony room. Didn’t expect that we’d have to pay more to get “normal” wifi. Basically they block any access to social media and videos. Disappointing. As a matter of principle I refuse to pay more.
A great ship
The celebrity beyond is an amazing ship.
Everything is run first class and the food is delicious.
The shows were very good but the magic/comedian was awful.
Not funny but was more condescending to his audience, especially the few on stage.
But all in all very nice and even hsve another cruise planned to Iceland next year on one of your ships.
The one minor quibble was the drinks were too expensive. I had one Guinness at 10 bucks! Really. A old fashioned was 19. Imo too expensive and we don’t drink enough to buy the package. As for a package I also have to purchase for two in the room and that’s way too much.
All in all a wonderful experience.

Really so bad. You have to use it to survive, but god is it awful.

Booking food
Trying to book a special birthday meal for 6 of us on the cruise and can’t do it as you need the blood types to book in and when I’m using the app it keeps dropping the booking before the payment stage plus day 3 ???why not have a live date where it’s the 23rd Sept 🙈🙈🙈
Terrible user experience
This release promised faster experience - startup time is even slower (10 seconds); it’s so memory hungry it is always terminated by iOS and never resumes which makes the slow launch far worse. Its usability bugs where clicking crosses works badly are still there. Menus are awful to access, what’s wrong with a pdf? Or categories? I don’t want to start scrolling through drinks on a restaurant menu. The activities listing is clunky and filters useless. These are just some of my bugbears. Having said that it doesn’t crash and does have a lot of information if you can put up with the hideous presentation; style over usability!

Best Cruise Line
Celebrity is the best cruise line we’ve been on. The staff are wonderful so polite so caring and so attentive. The chefs is to be commended as the food is so delicious and is second to none. The activities around the ship of and the shows in the theatre are so enjoyable. We just cannot say enough from the staff to the chefs. The cleaners, waiters bus boys the entire ship staff are wonderful. We can’t wait to take our next cruise which we already have booked. Thank you.

Where are Messages?
The app is not intuitive and, once information is put in, should auto populate. Every cruise one must repeat putting in passport information. And then we get message alerts but can never find the messages.
