Edit button on travel document page of check in missing
I need my citizenship appropriate document added to my checking but there is no edit button on step 2 of checkin. Please add it back to the app. If a US passport is scanned there should be NO secondary document required for visa

Your app is horrible
Why the app is working for my partner and not for me? It only finds my booking. After that it is a complete disaster. I never received the confirmation email, hence the app does not work for me. Very frustrating.

Sur l’app impossible de terminer le Check-in car l’app est bloqué pour les paiements et même chose pour réserver restaurant je vois une heure de disponible mais l’app dit que c’est impossible dû à une erreur
Not good
I’ve spent two days on and off trying to verify myself within the app. It’s simply refuses to work and despite calls to the customer care team nothing has changed. I’m sailing next week and can’t check in. Not good !
