I canceled my $200 for the $300 because I want to have a nice time without worrying about not having the proper drink package. The App makes everything easier to make changes.
Needs a few improvements
Overall, I love this app. However, there are a few changes that would change this to a 5 star rating. As a woman of a certain age, I have my text size set to large. With this setting in place, when I’m looking at descriptions for excursions, the margins fall outside of my screen, and I have to fill in the blanks as it were on what is being said. Normally I would do one of two things here. I can use my fingers to pinch smaller so I can read everything (or pinch larger). Nope. Can’t do that with this app. The other thing I would do is to rotate my phone to landscape mode. Nope. Can’t do that either. Please consider fixing this in the next update.

I tried a cruise with virgin voyages in the summer of 2025, and it was pretty good, but not much on the ship. When I went on Icon of The Seas in February earlier this year, and it changed everything with the food, entertainment, activities, smart elavators, and CocoCay, I know that nothing could ever beat it for the next 10+ years, but I’m going of Star of The Seas with the of possibly having FRIENDS (first time ever), AND a stop at CocoCay (the best private island in the world)! Which might be the new unbeatable experience! I’m never sailing on a cruise that doesn’t have “of the seas” in its name EVER AGAIN! I’m staying loyal to Royal!

Not stable and not user friendly
Not stable and not user friendly. Difficult or impossible to find the things or information you need while on the cruise. Completely useless if you are off the ship.
Easy to use
Easy to navigate! Glad for the updates to book events and shore activities. Keeps a person like me on time!
