Pre Trip login
Please fix the app so you can access it before checking in. If you have a booking number you should be able to use the app
Doesn’t let you in
The app does not let you access anything pre-trip. It won’t load anything unless you are onboard and connected to the ship WiFi. It would be nice to do things pre-trip (reservations, etc) before you board.
Terrible App
You finish the check in click add to wallet for the convenience and nothing happens. So you go to support on the App Store and it sends you to the web site
Worst check-in experience
I have no idea what the purpose of this app was built for, apart from annoying guests! It is not smooth at all, confusing, lacking of information.
Not working
The app is not working at all. I have checked in online as I couldn’t check in via the app. It didn’t recognise my details and even now that I am checked in, it still doesn’t let me past the intro screen saying “please check your booking details and try again”. Disappointing to say the least..
